Powers and Abilities: Agent 0013 has some of the most honed and acute senses thathave ever been encountered. His powers have manifest mentally with the ability to detect,refine and sift various sensory abilities and to intuitively understand and control technology.

Agent 0013 has some disturbing supernatural abilities that include speaking any language,

magic detection and even speaking with the dead. Jon can also run, jump and swim muchbetter than your typical human being but is anything but superhuman on the physical level.He also possesses limited shape changing abilities and has used them to appear to besomeone else to avoid detection. Agent 0013 has one final ability which is to mentally

accelerate small objects to beyond supersonic speeds. The pen is mightier than the.50BMG with Agent 0013 present. Jon also appears to never sleep.

History: Agent Jon Doe was one of the greatest human agents to ever work for MI-6.Some people called him a contemporary or even the backup to James Bond. A good life,

good work and simple responsibilities (find, track and terminate terrorists) were his lifes

work. All of that came crashing down when he was betrayed by one of the House of Lords.After foiling several terror attacks in and around London one of the backers of SPECTRE

used connections as an undercover member of the House of Lords. Lord Nazir used hisconnections into the intelligence community to discover Agent 0013s personal identity and

sent it onward to his assassins and his enemies.One day, after he had stepped out of his home on his morning commute, his wife and twosons were killed by a planted thermobaric explosive just behind his home. He survived in

critical condition but with grievous injuries to his upper body and skull. MI-6 scientists,used a radical experiment using radiation, nanites and psi-tech to attempt to rebuild his

mind and body. They succeeded but at a price. A second attack against Jon Doe waslaunched while he was in the creche where the scientists had loaded his body. Before all of

the restoration was completed, he leaped out of the way and somehow used pens and pencils

laying around to kill and/or disable all of the attackers. A quick interrogation / terminationrevealed who they were working for. The procedure itself was lost in the explosions and

fires. Because it was incomplete, Agent 0013 lost ALL of his memories and skills with oneexception. He remembers that he had a family and someone killed them. Coupled with thisnew knowledge he had a burning desire for revenge.

While in therapy to re-learn some of his old skills he discovered that he can pick up or even

get close to equipment and knows exactly what happens and how to operate it. His mind wasalso turned into an information collection device operating on so many levels it still astounds

his former handlers and runs substantially faster with far less need for any downtime thannormal humans. Hes not superhumanly strong, doesnt fly or do any major league herothings but he is far above human standards with respect to his senses and some minor

abilities.His recovery appeared to be a foregone conclusion and MI-6 attempted to bring him back onduty. All of that failed when he finally discovered the root source of his misery. Using his

recovered skills and new abilities Jon Doe succeeded in killing Lord Nazir on the floor of

Parliament. Unfortunately, he was caught on several security systems.

Doe has been on the run ever since with MI-6 flushing his records as an agent down the

memory holes of the bureaucracy to cover their mistake. Currently there is no activecontract / termination assignment on Agent 0013 as he has effectively dropped off the face

of the Earth while effecting his escape from the United Kingdom. His records terminatedacross all of the UK by an agency covering its own tracks, Jon Doe is now the Everyman andhas no record of existence anywhere. The assassin of the House of Lords, however, does

remain wanted under another name and identity, thus Doe MUST maintain his cover.

Currently he is living in Las Vegas as an specialist in the casinos fraud detection unit and

has been known to work with ambulance crews as his abilities give loved ones of the victimsof fatal and horrifying accidents the one thing he never got a chance to do for his loved

ones. To say goodbye and make peace.

PersonalityAgent 0013 is almost ALWAYS serious when on the job. Unless he is using his abilities to

influence and/or talents to determine the truth. In that case the charm turns on and he isalmost always able to get people to talk.

After the cases are cracked however, Jon Doe will more than unravel as his personality

emerges from work. Jon Doe is a quiet man after his family was destroyed and spend histime seeking justice and helping others who have lost their most precious possession: their

family. Jons ire, revenge and hatred is aroused against terrorists and superpoweredterrorists had best beware that this will send him into a killing rage.
