3- How will you organize your team so that it functions effectively?Every team has a members and every member of that team has his own function that helps the team and makes it perfect. However, good members do not always mean good teamwork. Because, if the work is not organized, the members will act randomly and it will be a mess in that team. Firstly, we need to know about every member's capability in order to classify the work and to reduce time. Furthermore, we need to use the SWOT analysis which it show us the four characteristics of any field such as strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threads. Moreover, we need to choose the best environment that make the team members focus on what they are doing like library for example. Before we apply these requirements, we must consider time as the most wanted function in all members and by that, we mean how much we can do in this period of time .At the end, the team members should obey and put their full effort in order to be successful.
