Product returns are inevitable in an online marketplace. Therefore, we have introduced PSA that will protect you in the event of return damages or losses.Important Note: You must raise a PSA claim within 48 hours of receiving a disputed returned item.

What is PSA?

You can file a claim under PSA in the following events:

• If you do not receive your product within the agreed delivery time committed by Paytm

Delayed Deliverydelivery time committed by Paytm

• If you receive a partially/completely damaged product that you cannot sell anymore

Damaged Product

• If you receive the returned shipment with a missing accessory/freebie

Missing Items

• If you receive a wrong product or an empty boxWrong Product or Empty Box

• If your product is lost in transitLost in Transit

Let’s now look at the type of mandatory supporting documents that you will need to submit as a proof while raising a PSA claim.Important Note: Without detailed images or videos, your claim will not be accepted.

Supporting Documents

• Images capturing all sides of the product (preferable 360 degree view)

Damaged Product

• Images or a video capturing all sides of the product (preferable a 360 degree view)

Used Product/Tampered

Label

• Undertaking signed by youEmpty Box

In the Seller Panel, you will need to go to the Returns tab in order to view the disputable item(s) that you wish to raise a claim against.

Navigation

Click the Returns tab.

Within the Returns tab, you will need to go to the Returned sub-tab.

Click the Returned sub-tab.

Within the Returned sub-tab, you can raise a claim against disputed items. On clicking the Raise Claim button, you will be redirected to the Ticket Submission Form page.

Raising a Claim

Click the Raise Claim button.

You will now need to fill the Ticket Submission Form with relevant details about your disputed item.Important Note:• You should go through the PSA terms and conditions before raising a claim.• You can raise a claim for only one item at a time.• You should upload 360-degrees images or videos for a faster claims resolution.

Enter your registered email ID.

Select the specific reason for raising the claim. In this example, we have selected example, we have selected Short/Partial/Incomplete product for missing accessories/freebies.

Enter the item ID. You can take this detail from Seller Panel.

Enter the Order ID.

Enter the IMEI no. for mobile phones and serial no. for laptops.

You can edit the auto-filled subject line.subject line.

Enter detailed description of the issue.

Enter the Order ID.

After filling the complete form, you will need to upload the images and/or videos of the disputed product. Once submitted, our team will review your claim and process it if all terms and conditions are met.

Uploading Attachments

Click the Upload Attachment button.

Click the Browse button to search for the relevant files, and then click the Upload Files button.

Click Submit Ticket. After uploading documents.
