Terms and Conditions 15% Cash Back on Paytm.com What is the offer? 1. Under the offer all Standard Chartered Credit and Debit Card holders (“Cardholders”) are eligible to get a 15% cash back on Prepaid Mobile & DTH Recharge on Paytm.com or on Paytm mobile app (“Offer”) 2. The offer is valid from26th May 2014 till 31st Dec 2014', inclusive of both dates (“Offer Period”) 3. Card holder will need to enter the Promo code, ‘SCB15’ while doing a transaction in order to avail cash back 4. Offer is subject to aminimum Recharge amount of ` 200, and a maximum Cash Back of ` 50 per transaction 5. Cash back would be credited in Card holder’s Paytm-wallet within 72 hours of successful transaction 6. Paytm-wallet is the money stored in a secure, virtual wallet on Paytm which can be used for any kind of prepaid transactions exclusively on Paytm. 7. Promo Code is valid only on one successful transaction per user per month 8. Offer is not applicable onNRE Debit cards. How to avail the Offer? The Cardholder will need to make the transaction online on paytm.com or Paytm Mobile App using his/her Standard Chartered Credit or Debit Card and enter the Promo Code mentioned above. Detailed process to avail the Offer: 1. Log on to www.paytm.com or Paytm mobile app 2. Register or login to Paytm with your username or mobile no. (if not already logged in) 3. Key in details as required under, ‘Enter Prepaid mobile no’ 4. Mobile Operator will get automatically selected after entering mobile no. (Airtel/Vodafone/Reliance e.t.c) 5. Enter the, ‘total amount’ by which the card holder wishes to recharge his mobile no. 6. Select and add any ‘discount deals’ to the transaction 7. Use the Promotion Code, ‘SCB15’ and then click on Apply button and proceed for payment by selecting 'Credit / Debit card' to avail the Offer 8. Make payment by entering Standard Chartered Bank Credit or Debit card details only to proceed 9. Post 72 hours of successful payment, cash back will feature in the Paytm-wallet under user’s login 10. Standard Chartered Bank and Paytm collectively reserve their absolute right at any time to add, alter, withdraw, modify or change or vary any or all the terms and conditions of the Offer at its sole discretion or discontinue this Offer without any further Notice and the same shall be binding on the Cardholder at all times Other Terms & Conditions 1. Standard Chartered Bank does not make any warranties or representation of the quality, merchantability, suitability or availability of the products or services included in this offer. 2. The participation is voluntary and deemed as acceptance of the terms and conditions mentioned herein. 3. In the event sub-orders are cancelled or returned, the corresponding value will be deducted from the paid amount while checking eligibility of Cash back 4. Standard Chartered Bank holds the exclusive right at its sole discretion to refuse or deny the Offer to any Cardholder. The Cardholder shall become ineligible to participate in this Offer if his/her card is cancelled before the expiry of /during the Offer Period 5. The Offer shall be subject to usual force majeure events and on occurrence of such event, the Offer may be withdrawn at the discretion of Standard Chartered Bank 6. Any taxes or liabilities or charges payable to the Government or any other authority or body, if any, shall be borne directly by Cardholder and/or billed to the account of the Cardholder 7. This Offer may be withdrawn or extended at any time at the sole discretion of Standard Chartered Bank 8. Standard Chartered Bank is not making any commitment to make such similar offers beyond the Offer Period 9. All other terms and conditions of the Cardholder’s agreement shall continue to apply. 10.
