This form gives whole information about the employee like its Emp. Code, Name, DOB, DOA, Designation and family details.

2. EMPLOYEE SALARY SLIP

This form generates salary slips which contains Employee Account information, Leave details and

Salary details like Basic pay, CA, DA PF, Total earnings and Total deductions.

This form gives the brief detail of the employee salary like its Old Basic, Pay Band, Grade Pay, New Basic, DA, PF, EPF, ESI. Gr salary, Total deduction and Net Pay.

This form gives information about the Bank Statement which contains the list of all

employees and their respective bank statement.
