knowledge of the Circuit Rider• L3 split into 3 modules:
1. Understanding the Third Sector (inc SE’s)2. Understanding Technology in the Third
Sector3. Consultation & Communication Skills
CRDF for C2.0 Staff
• Requirement for all delivery staff to operate at L3 minimum, working towards L4
• Completed by end of year• ‘Prior Learning’ for C2.0 staff work
counts as L3 evidence:– ICT Reviews– Submissions to Panel– Job Descriptions – pls send– CV’s – pls send– Supportive Statement from line manager

• Theory and hands-on shadowing experience
What they’ll go on to do
• Deliver BBC First click sessions to groups• Run tech taster workshops• Deliver specific pieces of work for groups:
– Website– Social media plan– Cloud solutions
• Work experience placements with C2.0 projects and initiatives
