    Pavement Condition IndexAll City-maintained streets are inspected every 3 years to collect pavement condition data. The City uses this information to establish the PavementCondition Index (PCI) for City streets. The PCI was developed by the United States Army Corps of Engineers, and it is commonly used in transportation civilengineering.

    The Pavement Condition Index (PCI) is an objective numeric measurement of the pavement's condition

    The PCI can range from 1-100

    Good condition equals PCI above 70

    Poor condition equals PCI below 50
