Strategic Plan
What is a Strategic Plan? Strategic planning is an organization’s process of defining its direction, and making decisions on allocating its resources to pursue this direction. A Strategic Plan is a document that articulates where an organization is going over the next 5 years through long term goals.
Key Components:Mission, Vision, Beliefs, Goals & Strategies
How is this different than our District Improvement Plan? Our district improvement plan is an annual plan, that aligns with the Strategic Plan, and provides our district with more specific short term goals that are evaluated from year to year.
