Continuing my work in EFL teaching I have gained further experience in teaching English to adults especially teaching higher levels. I have taken part in CPD initiatives including giving presentations on specific areas of the field.

I have started integrating social media into the classroom which allows students to engage in their studies and to support each other outside the classroom. I have also been creating my own lessons around documentaries and short videos.

CPD – Observing and being observed, workshops on Grammar Teaching and Team Work. Attended ELT talks given by experts in the field.

I was also involved in administrative work including helping to create a syllabus and cataloguing resources. Social events and cultural activities in the classroom. I also travelled to Milan B.I.T international fair to promote the school.
