Work Experience:

Trinity Biotech, Global Headquarters - Bray, Co. Wicklow, Ireland (May 2015 to Present) Title: Technical Product Manager, Haemoglobin Systems Division Description: Global product management of all HPLC-based HbA1c platforms, most notably the Premier Hb9210 – including upstream and downstream marketing of current platforms, project management of internal and external personnel and ultimately ensuring that sales and budget goals are globally met for the Haemoglobin Systems Division

- Distributor and affiliate account management and overall assurance of customer satisfaction for two direct affiliates and over 20 international distributors

- Negotiation and implementation of regional market-based pricing strategies - Commercial liaison for Middle East, Northern Europe, Eastern Europe & Russia - Project Manager – Premier Hb9210 total laboratory automation (TLA) connection project - Upstream marketing of product lines – defining market trends to determine how to be most competitive with future

products and/or Research & Development projects - Downstream marketing of current platforms – finding competitive advantage in existing platforms and exploiting the

Wicklow, Ireland (January 2012 to May 2015) Title: Post-Sales Manager, Haemoglobin Systems Division Description: Global oversight of all Post-Sales activities encompassing six platforms of HPLC devices used in clinical, academic and reference laboratory settings as part of the Trinity Biotech Haemoglobins Division

- Distributor and affiliate account management and overall assurance of customer satisfaction for two direct affiliates and over 20 international distributors

- Management of first line of engineering and applications technical support for of an installation base of >1,000 HPLC devices for distributors, affiliates and reference labs in over 20 countries worldwide

- Implementation of engineering, applications and sales training, held in more than 20 countries worldwide (training held in both English & Spanish)

- Primary author/editor of HPLC Operator’s Manuals, Technical Manuals and Training Guides - Primary author/editor of globally released field notifications and marketing materials – designed for both upstream and

Summary: All of the above day-to-day activities were successfully implemented while the company has grown from <1% market share to >10% market share and launching 2 new HPLC platforms in a 3 year period of time. In further growing in my industry experience from January 2012 to May 2015, I was afforded the opportunity to be considered for the Technical Product Manager position, of which I successfully obtained in May 2015.

Title: Research & Development Chemist, HbA1c Product Specialist Description: Chemistry and engineering-based R&D for boronate affinity and cation exchange hemoglobin separation techniques designed for use on HPLC systems in clinical, academic and reference laboratories

- Statistical analysis, experimental design and testing/implementation of product improvements for boronate affinity and

cation exchange hemoglobin separation techniques using HPLC instrumentation - Assistant Project Lead and liaise with corporate headquarters for the Premier Hb9210 project - saw project from
