How do callers send me faxes?

• Your PATLive Virtual Fax operates like any other fax machine: the sender dials your number and presses the “start” button.

How do I get these faxes?

Through email. You choose the format: a notice with a link to view the new fax on the my.patlive.com website, or a fax attached to your email.

• When viewing the fax from the my.patlive.com website, simply click the fax icon to open the file. Name the file to make your organization easier.

You have options to download, save, delete, print, or forward the fax.

Add a custom cover sheet, if desired.

You will automatically receive an email confirmation of the fax’s transmission.

How do I send a fax?• Upload the file from your computer to

your PATLive account on my.patlive.com.

• Upload the document just as you would attach a file to an email.

• The file is now in your inbox. View and forward the file just as you would with a fax sent to you.

• PATLive’s Virtual Fax is included in all automated services but may also be purchased as a stand-alone service.
