No: ACHARYAKULAM/CIRCULAR_P/17-18/10 Date: 16-12-2017 CIRCULAR 'AUM' Dear Parents/Guardians, As per our schedule after the completion of the annual exam, we are planning to take the students of Classes 5 th and 6 th on an educational tour to local (Raja Ji National Park & Crystal World at Haridwar, Classes 7 th and 8 th to Chandigarh, Pinjore, Kurukshetra or Delhi, Agra, and classes 9 th and 10 th to Jaipur, Ajmer, Pushkar or Delhi & Agra. The expenditure will incur Rs. 1500, Rs. 5500 and Rs. 6500/- respectively, and the same will be debited from the imprest account of the students. Parents consent Form is available on our school website www.acharyakulam.org . Kindly send your consent within a week by e-mail. The date and time of the tour will be intimated to you later on. The results of the students of non-board classes will be declared on 20 th of March 2018, The parents of students of present 5 th ,6 th and 7 th classes can take their wards to their home on the same day (i.e. on 20 th March 2018) up to 29 th March 2018. They must have to report back on 30 th of March, 2018 by 04:00 pm positively. The students of upcoming 9 th , 10 th and 11 th classes have to attend the coaching /extra classes in those days. The summer vacation will be from 11 th May, 2018 to 10 th June, 2018.
