TEN THINGS YOUNG PEOPLE CAN DO FOR GOD OBEY THE GOSPEL OF CHRIST: Christ commands us to believe in

Him (John 8:24), to repent of our sins (Acts 2:38), to confess His name (Matthew 10:32-33).

KEEP THYSELF PURE (I Timothy 5:22): If you like a real challenge, the challenge of conquering our own will is life's greatest, for sin is easy. Besides the personal satisfaction that moral purity brings, it brings also the blessings of God (Matthew 5:8).

BUILD A CHRISTIAN PERSONALITY: "For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul"' (Matthew 16:26).

LEAD OTHERS TO CHRIST: Christ has commanded His disciples to take the gospel to everyone. You can be a soul-winner. And nothing enlarges one's faith and spiritual capacity like teaching the lost.

GET A CHRISTIAN EDUCATION: You can get a Christian education if you really want to.

PREPARE YOURSELF FOR A DECENT PROFESSION: (I Thessalonians 4:11,12). The Christian life is not that of a parasites but one of industry and service.

BUILD A CHRISTIAN HOME: Next to obeying the gospel of Christ, the greatest favor you will ever do yourself is to build a Christian home. When you marry, MARRY A CHRISTIAN.

PREPARE FOR CHRISTIAN LEADERSHIP: The church needs every competent leader and teacher that it can get

ENCOURAGE AND HELP OTHERS: Everyone bears a burden. (Galatians 6:2).

BE FAITHFUL THROUGHOUT YOUR LIFE: Read Revelations 2:10, 2 Timothy 3:12

Bring your sun-ripened raisins to the pastor on a Sabbath day. Go to www.soencouragement.org/gt to find out how to make raisins. The first to bring a homemade, sun-ripened raisin to the pastor on a Sabbath day will receive a prize. Remember you can participate during the sermon by using a text

messenger, WhatsApp, etc. The pastor is inviting persons with smart phones or iPads to bring them to church only for participating in the service. Hence, he is inviting individuals to send a message to him live while he is speaking. He will have his cell phone on. It could be

a question or comment that he can read and respond to with identifying the person. The first person I received a message from via 477 4002 on WhatsApp or Text message will be awarded. Let us keep alert if church at all times. We do have a winder from last week. Happy Sabbath!

EDUCATION TIPS: Lo, children are a heritage of the Lord… Psalm 127:3 Character building is the most important work ever entrusted to human beings; and never before was its diligent study so important as now. Never was any previous generation called to meet issues so momentous; never before were young men and young women confronted by perils so great as confront them today. Pg. 225 Education by Ellen G. White TO GLADDEN THE HEART: An elderly lady was well known for her faith and for

her boldness and talking about it. She would stand on her front porch and

shout, "Praise the Lord!" Next door to her lived an atheist who would get so

angry at her proclamations he would shout, "There ain't no Lord!!" Hard

times set in on the elderly lady and she prayed for God to send her some assistance.

She stood on her porch and shouted, "Praise the Lord!! God, I need FOOD!! I am

having a hard time. Please, Lord, send me some groceries!!" The next morning, the

lady went out on her porch and saw a large bag of groceries and shouted, "Praise the

Lord!!" The neighbor jumped from behind a bush and said, "Ha Ha!! I told you there

was no Lord. I bought those groceries. God didn't." The lady started jumping up and

down and clapping her hands and saying, "PRAISE THE LORD!!! He not only sent

me groceries, but He made the devil pay for them!!"
