Pastor Scott Returns With A New Sermon Series Pastor Scott returns to the pulpit on Sunday, February 5th with a new series called True Love. What is True Love?
February, “The Love Month,” will serve as the backdrop for this new study on Sunday mornings. Fresh off his sab-
batical, Pastor Scott will be preaching through 1 Corinthians 13, widely known as the Love Chapter. In this series we
will look in detail at what true “Agape” love is all about. Everybody seems to be looking for love but few seem to
have experienced it. How do we obtain it and how do we love with it? We will read through 1 Corinthians 13 again
and again as we look at this chapter verse by verse. February will be a great month to invite someone to church
because Pastor Scott will conclude each of his messages with a gospel presentation on “True Love!”
A Note From Pastor Scott….
Dear Central,
Words could never express my gratitude for the sabbatical you honored me with these past two months. It truly has
been a season of revival for my soul. Not only did it give Sarah and I an opportunity to get away and reconnect, it
has allowed me to connect with God in a new and refreshing way. He has reminded me repeatedly, that his mercies
are truly new every morning.
I also believe it will have lasting results and benefits in our ministry for the years to come. I was able to spend quali-
ty time seeking the Lord on what I needed to be preaching for the coming year. It also gave me extra time in His
Word which has helped to refocus and refresh my soul and spirit.
Year after year you have proven to me what a New Testament church is supposed to look like. The time away has
reinforced within me the following fact: It truly is an honor to be called your pastor. I return to you healthier in my
body, soul, and mind. Thank you for being such a wonderful church. I love you with my whole heart and … I am
ready to get back to work.
May we tell and show the world of God’s love,
Pastor Scott

• BoundariesBoundariesBoundariesBoundaries: Christians often focus so much on being loving and giving that they forget their own limitations. Here
we will show you how to set healthy boundaries which will give you the freedom to walk as the loving, giving, ful-
filled individual God created you to be. Classes start February 8th, there are a select few spots left!Classes start February 8th, there are a select few spots left!Classes start February 8th, there are a select few spots left!Classes start February 8th, there are a select few spots left!

to a workbook, readers will be enabled to identify their own misbeliefs and replace them with the truth. Based on
the premise that people feel and act the way they think, freedom from emotional anguish and behavioral paralysis is
possible if true thoughts replace the lies a person believes. CCCCllllaaaasssssssseeeessss wwwwiiiillllllll ssssttttaaaarrrrtttt FFFFeeeebbbbrrrruuuuaaaarrrryyyy 11115555tttthhhh,,,, ddddeeeeppppeeeennnnddddiiiinnnngggg oooonnnn ccccllllaaaassssssss ssssiiiizzzzeeee,,,,

10:10 says, "The thief comes to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I [Jesus] come that you might have life and have it
to its fullest!" So, if we are supposed to have this full life, why does it at times feel so empty? Hurts from our past
that we never got over, addictions and behaviors that we can't get victory and deliverance from, just not trusting
and truly believing in our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, can and does destroy many a believer! Whether your mar-
riage is struggling, or if you are just looking to turn a good marriage into a great one: Life Change for Couples is a
practical and Biblical process for any couple that desires life change in their marriage, while growing in conformity
to the image of Christ.
