Dynamic Project Management was conceived in 2009. The company’s expertise and skill in construction and management services stems from its directors and mangers extensive experience with other major construction companies prior to its establishment.

We are capable of undertaking various facets within the building and construction sector ranging from Commercial, Retail, Hospitality and Tourism, Educational, Industrial and Government projects and draw on the knowledge and skills gained from our extensive list of completed works to offer clients an integrated service covering every aspect of the project from concept to creation.

The company can provide the management services in the capacity of Construction Manager, Head Contractor or Design and Construct Leader.

We provide a multi-disciplinary approach to the process of building, leveraging extensive buildability experience and a proactive attitude to deliver innovative and outstanding results. Our ability to provide this is further enhanced by the advantage of having in-house, both a commercial Joinery and Carpentry Divisions.

Our focus is on developing and maintaining long term relationships with our clients, subcontractors and suppliers. Our uncompromising commitment to ensuring client satisfaction has been achieved through exceeding our client's expectations and this has ultimately contributed to our rapid success within the market place.

The company foundations are built on a strong and committed culture valuing staff members, continually striving to expand our resources and knowledge base, delivering projects and services that not only meet clients/stakeholders expectations of time, cost, and quality constraints but always exceed these requirements and therefore providing a mutually economic outcome to all parties involved.

Our most competitive tender range is for project ranging from $200,000 to $15 million throughout NSW from Nowra, to Orange to Port Macquarie.

The projects team is comprised of highly skilled personnel and support staff who are involved throughout the projects entire life cycle. This ensures that the construction principles and processes established in the initial stages are carried through to achieve a successful completion.

The skilled personnel consisting of estimators, project managers, contracts administrators, site management, designers, consultants and sub-contractor are involved throughout the whole project.

HISTORY AND EXPERIENCE

Mark Chaar holds a Degree in Building Construction from the University of New South Wales. He has over 10 years experience in construction having worked on some Sydney's largest landmark projects as: detailed below and is currently a Senior Contracts Administrator having developed his skills and knowledge over the many years of many an d varied building projects and has also been a project Manager on smaller projects amid aims to develop further his experience and knowledge as project Manager with the aim of pursuing other senior management roles such construction and general management positions within a company.
