Initial impressions• My first thought is that the colour scheme is unsuitable• Bright text on a grey background looks un-natural

although it is clear that this is the Levi Roots colour scheme

• However there has been an effort to make the presentation look as pleasing to the eye as possible

• I don’t like the choice of font on this slide as it a little hard to read for such a lot of information

• I like the fact that he has given an outline of what is to be included in the evaluation

I also like how this person gives an overview of conventions in his introduction, this aids our understanding of what the evaluation will be based on

• This part confused me as it did not explain what a ‘Voice of God’ technique is

• I have made the assumption that this means the narrator speaks with a deep voice but cannot be certain

• I do like how this person has explained about why a female voice was used as this aids our understanding of genre techniques

• The evaluation was very descriptive at times which shows this person knows what they are doing

• The use of video greatly adds to the informative nature of this presentation

• I like how the evaluation is applied to the modern day

• Comparisons are used well in this evaluation

• This is something that I will definitely look to include In my evaluation

• There are lots of positive comments about this persons work but he does not seem to be self critical which I think is a necessary in order to properly evaluate your work

• There is a clear introduction and conclusion to each section

• The use of screenshots as a visual aid makes the evaluation easy to understand and will likely be applied to my work

Conclusion• This evaluation has shown that comparison is essential as

well as being in depth with your answers• Its use of technology is wide and should also be applied to

my evaluation• The design was poor and so has shown that design must

be professional on my evaluation• The design does however link to the theme of the project

which will also be a good technique for my evaluation
