How I Got Into SnowboardingWhen I was 11 years old one of our friends invited my dadan me to go to Cypress with them, so I did when I was upthere they asked me what I wanted skis or snowboard so Isaid snowboard. When I first put my bindings on I startedsliding down a small hill and I fell. Later when we wereabout to go on the chair lift I had no experience on how toget off so when we reached the top I fell, after that theyhelped me get up and moved me aside to I didnt get hitby the chairlift or the people thats got off. When I wenton my first run It took me like 10-15 min. after a coupleof times I knew how to go and stop. Later they told me if Iwanted to go to a green or blue run so I said sure butsince I knew the basics it was easier. That day was veryfun but the next day I was extremely sore. 7. Snowboarding nowIve been going up snowboarding since I started and Ivereally enjoyed it. Ive learned lots of new stuff like carving,hitting jumps and now I want to attempts rails . I considermy self a decent snowboarder that enjoys riding. How I learned I learned how to snowboard by my self. I also learned by looking at other snowboarders on the mountain. Another way I learned was by looking at videos. 8. Me snowboarding 9. Snowboarding 2012Winter 2012 was really fun, I went 2 times snowboarding. Thefirst time I went this winter was on a night owl which is whenyou snowboard from 5-10, its really fun to snowboard at nightand when its snowing. The second time I went was with myfriends, we went full day, we did lots of runs we went on theterrain park and attempted to do some jumps and rails somewere successful and some were a fail. We also went on a doubleblack diamond which was really fun to do even though it was abit harder to do it was fun. Winter 2012 was a really fun 10. The End
