●How the Special Bus Services (Bus Toku) discount works

STEP 1 You automatically receive bus points when you board a bus using an IC (PASMO and Suica) card.STEP 2 You automatically receive special bus tickets as the points on your IC (PASMO and Suica)

card accumulate.STEP 3 The next time you ride a bus, your “special bus ticket” will be applied as a discount toward

your bus fare before the SF balance on your IC (PASMO and Suica) card is used.

●Special bus tickets can be used with any bus company that has implemented Bus Toku.

* “Special bus tickets” are the amount of discount on your fare.* For further details about “Bus Toku” (“bus points” and “special bus tickets”), applicable routes, ways of

accumulating “bus points” or the amount you receive from “special bus tickets”, please contact your bus company.* “Special bus ticket” have a use-by-date of 10 years.

●Bus points can be earned through bus companies that have implemented Bus Toku.

* Bus points accumulate from the first day of the month until the end of the month. On the first day of the next month, your points reset and start accumulating from zero again.

* Alternatively, if you reach 10,000 points, they go back to zero points.* No “bus points” are awarded when you use a “special bus ticket”, a “commuter ticket”, or an “all-day ticket”.

You can receive benefits by using PASMO and Suica when you board a bus.
