First we will identify what categories of capability and experience we have here.

Each group gets up and joins the line from left to right at the back of the room.

Once you are in line, please stay in order. Will form the teams now, in ability order…

Count Off Your Team Number:Starting at the head of the line, you

will count off- 1st person in line shouts “One”, 2nd shouts “Two”, etc.

Setting the Teams:Each team elects a Team Captain.Each Team Captain writes a list of team

members, with: Name Home institution Email addresses, other contact info that

is volunteered I will collect a copy of the list from each

Team Captain.
