Each team mixes capabilities, assigned. Teams stay together whole workshop: my

lectures; and all fieldwork, processing, presentations.

No peer evaluation here; if problems talk to organizers.

Objective: each team has a diverse range of abilities and experience.

First we will identify what categories of capability and experience we have here.

Each group gets up and joins the line from left to right at the back of the room.

Once you are in line, please stay in order. Will form the teams now, in ability order…

Instructors vs. Participants: If you are an instructor or staff of this workshop, you are not eligible to join a team. Staff will not raise their hands nor line up at the back.

is volunteered I will collect a copy of the list from each

Team Captain.
