PEPL is ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14001:2004 certified company with the complete technical Laboratory to check Raw Material, Online Production and Finished Goods. Our Quality Assurance Department personally check the finish goods as per relevant specification . We give high priority for quality fabrication and we have a comprehensive quality assurance plan [QAP] taking care at different stages of inspection.

With total combined land area of unit I & II around 8 acres, we have over 2 lac sq.ft. of shed area. We have a processed, chained system where raw material once fed comes out as a finished product. Over 50 cranes are deployed ensuring smooth streamlined production.

PEPL has ultramodern lab for testing all incoming, outgoing & in process material. We have complete equipments to carry out Galvanising tests, physical & chemical properties of steel, including UTM machine, rockwell hardness tester, micrometer, vernier caliper, carbon apparatus, hygrometer, alchometer as per all relevant IS and International codes.

“Hardware Division” of PEPL is producing high quality nuts and bolts for its customers in Telecommunications, Power Transmission and Road Safety sectors with single target of total TQM. PEPL has the most advanced high temperature hot dip galvanizing ceramic bath furnace for accurate and smooth coating.

We have 4 nos. of most Modern Galvanizing Plants, including one

12.5 mtrs. Long bath and three 7mtrs. Long baths creating a

Galvanising capacity of 5000 tons of materials per month. We

specialize in Galvanising through a 7 tanks process. Material is

galvanized as per IS 2629 and BS-729. . We have a capacity to

galvanise 12 mtrs. long piece in a single dip.

PEPL has state of the art Inhouse 900 Tons 12.6 Mtrs Long CNC Hydraulic Press Brake. The position of the press beam is continuously monitored by measuring system. Machine can be adapted to different type of tool design i.e. European design, low cost Japanese design modifix design.

Machine offers press beam depth accuracy of ±0.01 mm with high repeatability. Press beam tilting is available upto 10 mm.

“Highway Safety Divison” of PEPL is involved into manufacturing of Highway Guardrail. We have inhouse facility for manufacturing of “W” beam like cutting, punching, roll forming, galvanizing, quality assurance testing with laboratory to meet stringent customer requirements. PEPL manufacture “W” beam highway guardrail according to AASHTO “M”-180 and “MORTH” specification.

BRIEF BACKGROUND OF THE GROUP

The company is a family knit private limited company having two directors on its board with wide experience in different fields. Our promoters include Mr. Surinder Kumar Paruthi, as C.M.D. He is a veteran having more than 35 years experience in the field of pressure vessels fabrication & erection. He is also having good experience in the field of automobiles. He is engaged in the administration of the manufacturing units, and related matters.

Mr. Vineet Paruthi, is young and dynamic person having good business skills to run the business as a profitable venture. He has around 16 years experience in the field of Pressure vessels fabrication & erection, also in the erection of Auto LPG dispensing stations. It was his vision that the company spread its wings in the Telecom, and structural steel manufacturing sector. He has competence in successful execution of Projects, spread across length and breadth of India. He looks after marketing, administration, and the Financial aspect of business.

PAST HISTORY OF THE GROUP

M/s. PARUTHI ROADLINES PVT. LTD.

We had started our transportation business in the year 1986 with transportation of Bulk LPG and have been serving the reputed refineries of the India successfully for the last Twenty years, some of them are, Indian Oil Corporation Ltd, Assam Oil Division, Hindustan Petroleum, Bharat Petroleum etc.

We were operating a fleet of over Hundred Tankers for the transportation of liquefied gases in India and Nepal.

M/s PARUTHI ENGINEERS PVT. LTD.

We had started manufacturing of Mobile Truck Trailers in the year 1996 after the approval of our workshop from the Chief Controller of Explosives, Nagpur, vide their letter no: PV(M)-503 dated 22.03.1996, for the transportation of Bulk LPG / PROPANE /PROPYLENE / AMMONIA / NITROGEN to meet the demand of this core sector and supplied these Pressure Vessels to various customers to their entire satisfaction in accordance with the prevailing SMPV (U) Rules 1981 duly inspected by the third party and the Explosive License granted by the Chief controller of Explosives, Nagpur.

In our past endeavour we had undertaken turnkey installation of AUTO LPG DISPENSING stations. To our credit are the Pilot projects of M/S Indian Oil Corporation Ltd, at M/S Queens road Service Station, and Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd, at M/S Cadell road Service station. We have successfully completed Auto LPG Stations for IOCL,HPCL,IBP ltd. We have also worked under the banner of M/S Larsen and Toubro Ltd and also M/S EPIL.
