Due to Government Health regulations, you cannot exchange or offer credits on piercing jewellery such as earrings (unless deemed faulty). For any Bevilles Party Plan product return, you must deal directly with the consultant from whom you purchased the goods originally. If you just need to change the size of an item, you may do this at one of our many Bevilles stores or through your consultant.
