Birthday parties should be fun, not stressful. Here’s a checklist to help simplify. Now charge the camera and get ready to party!

Terms and Conditions1. Bookings will be confirmed after receipt of completed booking form and deposit.2. A non refundable deposit of €20.00 is needed on the day of the booking. Remainder is paid on the day of the party preferably before the commencement of the party.3. If your party group fail to turn up without cancelling the full charge will remain due.4. Please make staff aware of any medical conditions of any children that maybe relevant to the activity partaking in.

Party Guidelines• 15 children per instructor (If a party turns up with more than 15 children, the parents will have to supervise these children themselves during the first hour in the party room or playground).• Only 1 instructor is available on Saturday and Sunday.• Parties that require more than 15 children can book midweek or on Friday afternoons (Booking early is advisable as limited slots).• Parents may coach the party themselves and can have as many children as they wish at the party (Hire facilities only).• Parties on the weekend are structure back to back, please ensure parties are finished up and cleared as stipulated on booking time to allow other parties set up time.• Park closes at 6.00pm on Sat/Sun, tidy up should be done before then.

Raining • Parties are brought indoors if raining, the room has limited space so we would ask parents to wait in the party room or outside the door if they wish to watch.• Parties booked without an instructor must go ahead outdoors. Parties may hire an instructor on the day to do an indoor party, however there must be a parent to help coach if more than 15 children.

What happens on the Party Day?• Parents and Children arrive and meet at the Reception area or in the Party Room if its free.• Party coaches will come and gather the children together, ask them to go to the toilet and bring them off to their activity.• Parents set up the Room once the previous party has left.• Coaches drop the children back after the hour of activities.• Parents host food and games in the Room and can supervise children in playground if they wish. Parents must supervise children on the climbing walls in the party room.• Clean up and vacate the room by the finish time. All food, decorations and rubbish must be removed by parents. Staff will brush and mop the floor for the next party.
