Panel Mounted PM-501 Intercom Add this 4 channel panel mounted intercom from PS Engineering to your Kitfox panel. This intercom is lightweight (8.5oz), has low power consumption and auxiliary input capability. The VOX (Voice Oper-ated Relay) circuit prevents mic audio from getting through the intercom until someone speaks. Kitfox Aircraft LLC Limited Warranty and Return Goods Policy

Our goal is customer satisfaction. In the event of return, our policy is as follows:

1) Kitfox Aircraft accepts obligation to the original purchasers after the sale to replace, with-out charge, any part or component manufactured by Kitfox Aircraft and discovered to be defective within a period of Twelve (12) months from the date of shipment from Kitfox Aircraft, or the first flight of the aircraft by original purchaser, whichever occurs first. This is subject to; Original purchaser has done a complete inventory of the order within sixty (30) days of the ship date, and has notified Kitfox Aircraft of any shortages. Kitfox Aircraft does not accept the return of old, unused, unwanted outdated, type parts for re-funds, credits or trade-in value. Parts which may be returned to Kitfox Aircraft for extension of in-house credit or replacement, are parts which do not meet the manufacturing quality stand-ards of Kitfox Aircraft. Kitfox Aircraft reserves the right to make final determination after a qual-ity control inspection to determine any defect. Purchaser accepts sole responsibility for all proper assembly, testing, operation and regular maintenance of any Kitfox Aircraft part and full compliance with all applicable aviation regulations. Kitfox Aircraft’s liability for any defective part shall not exceed the total retail value, at time of sale of the part in question. 2) Kitfox Aircraft does not warranty any parts manufactured by outside companies such as instruments, avionics, engines, etc., these products carry their own warranty, and must be re-turned directly to the original manufacturer for credit or replacement. If there are any prob-lems contacting the original manufacturer, Kitfox Aircraft can supply contact information. Do Not return these parts to Kitfox Aircraft for credit or repair. 3) Kitfox Aircraft, may on a case-by-case basis allow the return of like new, resalable items for an in-house credit only. All returns must be pre-approved through Kitfox Aircraft by obtaining a RMA number prior to the return. An in-house credit will be determined on a case-by-case basis and purchaser will be notified of such credit. Kitfox Aircraft reserves the right to final determi-nation of usability and credit amount upon return and examination of the part. Any parts found to be unusable will be retuned to the customer at his/her expense or discarded per customer request. For parts deemed unusable, and requested by customer to be returned, that customer will be responsible for all shipping/handling costs. A 10% restocking fee will apply for all returned parts, which have been deemed usable or resal-able. Customers must receive prior approval from Kitfox Aircraft and receive a Return Merchan-dise Authorization Number (RMA) prior to return. If RMA number is not received an additional restocking fee will be charged not to exceed 25% of original purchase price.
