Creating a Survey


1. Insert Title2. Survey template

• Create from scratch• Create from existing

Editing your Survey


Start Date and End Date are compulsory.The range of the dates will determine when the survey opens and closes.


Survey-Owner-Specific Settings

• Respondent Access Level• Survey Completion Properties• Navigation Properties• Hidden Fields• IP Address Validation• Numbering Properties• Other Administrative Properties• Administrator Properties

These sections are mostly self-explanatory. Please fill in based on your own specifications and needs


< Click SAVE once you’re done specifying the settings to your needs.

Item types are questions that request a response from the user. These item types can be copied from existing ones to save time.

Launching your Survey

^ Click OPEN to launch your survey


Launched… to deploy

^ Survey status will show as OPEN once successfully launched

^ Next, click DEPLOY


Deploying your Survey

< You may email the links provided in this page to invite users to take your survey.


Generating Reports

< You can generate reports based on the data results that you have collected.

Click on Reports to view the survey responses prior to exporting data to a spreadsheet for further analysis.

Exporting Survey Data

1. Choose the Data Format of your choice.

2. Additional fields to select are broken down into Response Data, User Data and other Hidden fields

3. Click EXPORT when you’re done.


Saving Exported Data

Click on SAVE and save the CSV (Excel spreadsheet) onto your local machine to start analysing your survey results.
