Disclosures Grants, Scholarships, and Success 24/7 Naming Rights: naming rights may be individual or combined

with other donors to award a larger amount

Giving may be made annually, quarterly or monthly as long as the total amount pledged is received by 6/30/2018

Donations and advertisements will be for July 2017- June 2018, and for one year only

Scholarships are pass-through amounts and awarded just for one year

For an in-kind “store credit” donation, a 1-1 value will be calculated toward your sponsorship level;

In-kind donations made for the 50 Men Who Can Cook auction will be valued at a 1-2 valuation. However, both

require a cash donation in addition to the in-kind donation to qualify for these partnership opportunities.
