MANAGEMENT Christian de Saint-Rome- Founder, CEO, and Director Mr. de Saint-Rome has over 25 years of experience in the areas of early-stage corporate management and financial services. Mr. de Saint-Rome was CFO and then Corporate Development Advisor to Northern Shield Resources (NRN-TSXV), and a Corporate Advisor, and then a Director of, Scandinavian Minerals (SGL-TSX), which was sold to First Quantum (FM-TSX) in 2008 for 260 million CAD. Christian has worked with such international companies as Deloitte Touche and RBC Dominion Securities. Christian is the President of the Chambre de Commerce Finlande-Canada and a board member of the Lakeshore Soccer Club, one of Quebec’s largest soccer clubs. Christian received his BA in Political Science from McGill University and has certificates from the Sorbonne and the University of Vienna.

Paul Lemmon-Chief Geologist and Director Mr. Lemmon is a professional Geologist with experience in numerous jurisdictions worldwide, with 20 years experience in several African countries. In addition to having held directorship positions at a number of public and private companies. Mr. Lemmon is a founder and CEO of Great Rift Valley Energy, and the Chief Geologist & Director of CopperZONE Resources Ltd (Zambia), and CEO of Agri Green Energy – an African agri-bio fuel business. Mr. Lemmon is a Professional Graduate of United Kingdom’s Institute of Materials, a Fellow of the Geological Society of London, and a Registered Professional Natural Scientist in South Africa. Mr. Lemmon’s experience in the mineral/mining energy sector dates back to 1987.

Sam Legg - Chief Financial Officer Mr. Legg holds a Bachelor of Science (Biochemistry) from the University of Toronto and is a Chartered Accountant (CA). His experience includes 12 years in Ottawa's high-tech industry, the majority in telecommunications and manufacturing. He served in progressively senior positions at Newbridge Networks of Kanata, Ontario from 1993 to 2000. He has conducted business in Asia, Europe, South America, Canada and the USA. He has extensive experience in small and medium-sized start-up environments, having been Director of Finance or CFO of several companies. Mr. Legg is CFO of Northern Shield Resources (NRN-TSXV).
