Cisco Connect defines regional customer education events in strategic markets, bringing the latest in Cisco technology directly to our customers where they live, work and play.

Customers and prospects representing Cisco’s Commercial, Enterprise and Public Sector segments are all invited to participate at Cisco Connect events, free of charge. These are the largest tech events outside of Cisco Live. Attendees represent a wide range of industries and job levels.

Cisco Connect events offer exclusive access to:

• Educational content on the technologies our customers already use, and the technologies they will rely on in the future

We no longer accommodate partner participation at our events without sponsorship. As a Cisco partner, at a minimum you will be required to purchase a $75 non-transferrable pass to attend if your company would like to participate without a full sponsorship...

Sign me up! What are my next steps? Please email Melissa Kuster ([email protected]) to begin the sponsorship contracting

process. Once a contract has been signed, Cisco Accounts Receivable (AR) will send out an

invoice for payment up to ten days after the event date. If you’re sponsoring multiple events,

you’ll receive multiple invoices – one invoice per event.

Can I share or split a sponsorship with another partner?No. Sponsorships cannot be shared among partners. Each participating sponsor must have

their own sponsorship agreement and space.

Lead Scanning LicensePlease note this is application only, you will need to provide your own device. We suggest

assigning one device that can be shared with multiple reps in the event of an absence. iPods

and iPhones are a viable device however iPod Mini’s are not supported. Scanning customers

badges with this application will allow to retrieve lead details.

Can I attend without sponsoring the event?No. Cisco Connect events are customer facing; partners who would like to attend must

sponsor or purchase a non-transferrable partner pass for $75/pp. Stand alone Partner

passes do not include any of the benefits of a full sponsorship.

LogisticsSponsor playbooks are provided approximately one month before each event and contain all the details and logistics you’ll need as an event sponsor. Be sure to share this information with your company representatives who will be at the event.

PaymentsCisco AR only accepts check or wire/EFT payment. Applicable taxes will be applied to your invoice

Reminder! You may use Partner Plus funds to pay for your Cisco Connect event sponsorship!

TaxesTaxes will be included in your final invoice based on local city tax.
