I/We have applied for participating in COMPUDON Season II and thus for become an Authorized Testing Centre (ATC) for Microsoft Office Specialist Exams and hereby request and authorize CyberLearning to go ahead and do the registration of our location as an Authorized Testing Centre and accept the Certiport Test Centre Agreement and any other agreement(s) with regards to our becoming an ATC on our behalf and our responsibility 4. I/We confirm that we shall ratify all actions of CyberLearning carried out with regards to our becoming an ATC.
