PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN Johnson and Wales University AND (Name of Florida College System Institution) In accordance with the Articulation Agreement between the Florida College System and Johnson and Wales University, the Florida College System institution agrees to the following : 1. Upholding the terms and conditions of the Articulation Agreement which are applicable to a participating institution. 2. Providing to the Division of Flori da Colleges the name of a contact person at the participating institution who will serve as the liaison in regard to this agreement and articulation issues in general. This name and contact information should be sent to : Abbey Ivey Director of Academic Affairs Division of Florida Colleges [email protected] 3. Publicizing the agreement among the faculty, staff, and students at the participating institution via publications, correspondence, and outreach activities. Termination: Termination of the Participation Agreement by a Florida College System institution must be submitted in writing to the Division of Florida Colleges prior to April 1 of each year. Termination will be effective the following Fall term . The undersigned Florida College System institution has executed and submitted this Participation Agreement. PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN
Johnson and Wales University
AND
(Name of Florida College System Institution)
In accordance with the Articulation Agreement between the Florida College System and Johnson and Wales University, the Florida College System institution agrees to the following:
1. Uphold ing the terms and conditions of the Articulation Agreement which are applicable to a participating institution.
2. Providing to the Division of Florida Colleges the name of a contact person at the participating institution who will serve as the liaison in regard to this agreement and articulation issues in general. This name and contact information should be sent to :
