VIRTUAL FAIR PROCESS

• Employers register in CAREERLINK

• Employers pay registration fee in Marketplace

• NDSU creates event in CAREERLINK where students can register for a timeslot to meet with employer

• Employers can manage / monitor schedules in CAREERLINK

• Student gets emailed the meeting URL to meet with employer

• Employers and students meet with each other throughout the fair date

EDITING TEXT IN EVENT• Log into CAREERLINK

• Events Tab

• Open event

Company Name | Fair Name

• Select the “Edit Button”

VIEWING SCHEDULE IN EVENT

• Click on the “Registered Students”

• Download “All Document Packet” to view each PDF document including:• Each individual schedule

• Student resumes (if student chose to upload during their registration)

MEETING PLATFORM TIPS

VIRTUAL OCI PROCESS – On Campus Interviews• Employers register in CAREERLINK

• PreSelect and No PreSelect options• No Preselect – Interview students you select from Career Fair

• PreSelect – Interview students you select from job posting application and/or Career Fair

• Similar to past with the following changes• Employer will be asked to provide one URL for each virtual interview room using

platform of their choice (ie. Zoom, MS Teams, WebEx,…)

• Employer determines the date(s) they would like to hold OCIs
