France – Expertise and consulting missions / Community service

I have been a supply chain manager in several countries and industries:electronics in California, automotive in France, watches and video games inSwitzerland. I know from the inside out two areas that have a huge impact onthe environment: production and distribution, I have worked on strategicprojects: Business Models for Gartier, KPIs for Richemont (a project Iimagined, initiated and led, the results of which were presented toRichemont's board of Directors in South Africa). And for the past few years, Ihave followed my heart: I have worked on the steering committee of an NGO,participated in the implementation of Agenda 21 {sustainable development),created and led a support network for women looking for a job, been acommunity manager...

Until I realized that everything I had been doing tied into a new field:Corporate Social Responsibility.

As a GSR manager, I want to help organizations reduce their impact on theenvironment and lead social initiatives that benefit many people - while beingprofitable.

I believe the DAS CSR at UNIGE will help me reach my goal whilecomplementing my Master's degree from EM Lyon. And I am keen on sharingwith professors and classmates best practices and ideas.

I am looking forward to participating in this innovative program.
