Laurie Shotton focuses on the life and pensions insurance industry. He covers technology topics relevant to life insurers. Prior to joining Gartner, Mr. Shotton worked for software vendors, insurers and a BPO. He has exten-sive experience in life and pensions software and has operated in markets across the globe.
In previous roles, he led a team of 30 business analysts in implementing a life and pensions solution for global life and pension providers. In his role at Capita, he assessed the key life and pensions software providers to help develop the outsourcer’s platform strategy.
