Michiel Boreel has been Chief Technology Officer for Sogeti Group since 2007. In this role, he is responsible for innovation throughout the organization.

Previously, Mr. Boreel served as director of strategy and marketing with responsibility for business process innovation. From 1996 to 1998 he worked in partnership with Forrester Research, Inc. to establish their European Research Center in Amsterdam and build their operations in Europe. Antonio Brufau Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Repsol YPFand Vice President, Gas Natural Group

Antonio Brufau is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Repsol YPF, a role he has held since 2004. He is also Vice President of Gas Natural Group.

Previously he was a member of the Board of Directors of Repsol YPF and was chairman of Gas Natural Group. Mr. Brufau has also held positions at “la Caixa” Group, including assistant general manager and managing director.

Mr. Brufau began his professional career at Arthur Andersen, where he was a partner and head of the Audit Division.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in economics from the University of Barcelona.

Erich Clementi Vice President, Strategy and General Manager, Enterprise Initiatives IBM Corporation

Erich Clementi is Vice President of Strategy and General Manager of Enterprise Initiatives for IBM Corporation. In this role, he is responsible for identifying major opportunities for the company and driving integration across IBM’s businesses.

Previously, Mr. Clementi was general manager of the Business Systems Division in the Systems and Technology Group. He was also general manager of IBM’s Managed Business Process Services, serving clients who run their business processes through a worldwide network of IBM global delivery centers.

Between 2003 and 2005, Mr. Clementi was general manager of IBM’s System z division. He also held a number of leadership positions in corporate strategy, marketing and sales. During the 1990s, he directed IBM sales and marketing operations for banking and financial accounts throughout Europe. He joined IBM in Milan in 1984.

Mr. Clementi holds a degree in business administration from the Leopold-Franzens University.

Stuart Cohen Chief Executive Officer Collaborative Software Initiative

Stuart Cohen is Chief Executive Officer of Collaborative Software Initiative. He founded the company in 2007 after serving as chief executive officer at Open Source Development Labs, a non-profit organization focused on accelerating the adoption of Linux.

Previously, Mr. Cohen was vice president at RadiSys Corporation, with responsibility for sales, marketing and developing strategic partnerships with leading companies in the technology industry. Prior to this, he was vice president of worldwide marketing and a corporate officer at InFocus Corporation.

Earlier, Mr. Cohen spent 17 years at IBM Corporation, where he first held senior positions with the United States Sales and Marketing Division, and later with the Personal Computer Company and Networking Division. During his last six years at IBM, Mr. Cohen had worldwide responsibility for marketing, with business development teams reporting to him in the United States, Europe, Southeast Asia and China.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in quantitative business analysis from Arizona State University.

Theo de Ruijter Executive Vice President, Value Management Eureko

Theo de Ruijter is Executive Vice President of Value Management for Eureko, a role he has held since 2008. Value Management is an enterprise risk management system with a sustainable information infrastructure that delivers transparent and auditable data for financial reporting, risk management and the planning and control cycle based on fair market value principles.

Prior to this, Mr. de Ruijter was responsible for IT Business Solutions at Achmea Group IT Services for more than five years. He was involved in defining and running the IT Shared Service Center.

Mr. de Ruijter joined Eureko in 1998 and led the Group Planning & Control department until 2003. In this role he established the planning and control cycle within Eureko, led due diligence for several mergers and acquisitions, and headed a number of business optimization projects. From 1990 until 1998, he worked for Ernst & Young and was responsible for auditing the annual accounts for a portfolio of national and international companies.

Mr. de Ruijter has 20 years of experience in audit, finance and IT. He is listed as a Chartered Accountant, holds a Master of Arts in economics, and has additional post-graduate business education at IMD and INSEAD.

Marc Gordon Chief Technology Officer Bank of America

Marc Gordon is the Chief Technology Officer for Bank of America, responsible for leading enterprise teams that deliver on priorities across the company in support of profitable growth. His combined group includes more than 25,000 professionals, spans 32 countries and represents an operating budget of $6 billion.

Mr. Gordon joined Bank of America in August 2004 and served as chief information officer for the integrated consumer business and for corporate staff functions until June 2008. In that role he partnered with multiple lines of business to deliver technology solutions to achieve business growth, cost efficiency and customer satisfaction goals in addition to being the lead chief information officer on several acquisitions.

Prior to joining Bank of America, Mr. Gordon served as executive vice president of Supply Chain and chief information officer of Best Buy, a $24-billion consumer electronics and entertainment company. His extensive retail industry experience also includes roles with West Marine Products and The Timberland Company. He has ten years of consulting experience in technology and business operations, including five years with Accenture.

Mr. Gordon earned his Bachelor of Arts in economics from Colby College and his Master of Business Administration in information systems from the Sloan School of Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Patricia Graham Chief Information Officer CenterPoint Energy

Patricia Graham is the Chief Information Officer at CenterPoint Energy. Ms. Graham joined the company in 1998 as the director of Infrastructure Services. She has 30 years of experience in information technology, including 18 years in the banking industry, where her roles included managing a $50-million data network that supported transaction processing for 200 banks across the United States.

Ms. Graham received her Bachelor of Science and her Master of Business Administration from The Ohio State University.

Tom Greene Chief Information Officer Colgate-Palmolive Company

Tom Greene is Chief Information Officer at Colgate-Palmolive Company, where he is responsible for information technology throughout the company.

Prior to this, Mr. Greene was vice president of Global Development, with accountability for leveraging the company’s SAP investment through the development of state-of-the-art information systems. He joined Colgate-Palmolive in 2002 as vice president, Americas Global Information Technology and was successful in leading the creation of the new Americas IT region, which integrated IT for North America, Latin America, Hill’s Pet Nutrition and Colgate Oral Pharmaceutical.

Before joining Colgate-Palmolive, Mr. Greene was a division chief information officer for Specialty Materials at Honeywell, and he previously held information technology roles at M&M Mars and J.P. Morgan.

Mr. Greene holds a Bachelor of Science in finance from the University of Delaware and a Master of Business Administration from Rutgers University.

James E. Haney Vice President and Chief Information Officer Harley-Davidson Motor Company

Jim Haney joined Harley-Davidson Motor Company in June 2005 as Vice President and Chief Information Officer. In this position, he oversees worldwide information technology and systems for Harley-Davidson, Inc., Harley-Davidson Motor Company, and Harley-Davidson Financial Services. Mr. Haney has more than 25 years of experience in information management and technology.

Prior to joining Harley-Davidson, Mr. Haney spent 15 years at Whirlpool Corporation where he held a variety of positions, including vice president of Architecture and Planning. He also served as chief technologist overseeing the teams responsible for strategic information technology planning, integrated networked home appliance solutions, information security and privacy, Internet development and vendor partnerships.

Mr. Haney participates in several global councils that help steer networking capabilities for multinational companies. He also participates on a number of industry boards to help guide technology directions.

Mr. Haney holds a Bachelor of Science in mathematics and electrical engineering from the University of Notre Dame.

Jordi Hereu i Boher Mayor City of Barcelona

Jordi Hereu i Boher has been Mayor of Barcelona since 8 September 2006. He was born on 14 June 1965 in Barcelona. He is married with two children.

He obtained a degree and masters in Business Administration and Management from the ESADE Business School.

He began his professional career in the private sector, although most of it has been spent in the public sector. In 1991, he became Marketing Manager at Port 2000. Between 1992 and 1997, he held the post of Marketing Director at Centro Intermodal de Logistíca SA (CILSA), logistics promoter for the Port of Barcelona logistics platform ZAL.

Jordi Hereu has been linked to Barcelona City Council since 1997, the year he took over as Les Corts District Manager. Two years later, following the local elections in 1999, he was appointed Les Corts City Councillor, a position he held for the next four years until the end of the mandate. Among other initiatives he was behind the renovation of two city neighborhoods, the Casc Antic and Colònia Castells, as well as reshaping the northern entrance to the city.

In 2003, he was nominated Sant Andreu District Councillor and the City Councillor for Safety and Mobility. Until early 2006 he combined both roles, overseeing and implementing major schemes that included setting up neighborhood parking schemes (the green zones), introducing traffic calming measures and modernizing the Guàrdia Urbana (Barcelona city police).

From April 2006, until he was elected Mayor, he was the Council Executive Spokesperson and Fifth Deputy Mayor, Councillor for Mobility, Councillor for Citizen Participation, Solidarity and Cooperation, and Gràcia District Council Chairman.

Jordi Hereu was re-elected Mayor of Barcelona in June 2007 after winning the local elections. He is also president of the Association of Towns of the Barcelona Metropolitan Area.

At an international level, Jordi Hereu is vice-president of Metropolis, member of the Executive Bureau and World Council of United Cities and Local Governments, member of the Euro-Mediterranean Regional and Local Assembly (ARLEM) and member of the Committee of the Regions.

Mike Hill Vice President, Enterprise Initiatives IBM Corporation

Mike Hill is Vice President of Enterprise Initiatives for IBM, responsible for the development and delivery of new information technologies and services. With a particular focus on cloud computing, he leads sales, services, and business development teams to provide a portfolio of solutions to clients.

Prior to this, Mr. Hill was general manager of IBM’s Global Telecommunications Industry. In this role he helped clients increase their ability to sustain value and compete in a changing market by embracing open standards and end-to-end integration.

Mr. Hill has held various positions at IBM including vice president of Business Transformation and chief information officer responsible for global voice and data infrastructure and application development. He was also general manager of IBM Southeast and South Asia. Mr. Hill began his career with IBM in 1978.

He earned a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from the University of Florida.

Timothy D. Kasbe Chief Information Officer Sears Holdings Corporation

Timothy Kasbe is Chief Information Officer for Sears Holdings Corporation, an organization formed in 2005 with the merger of Kmart Holding Corporation and Sears, Roebuck and Co. Sears Holdings is the leading home appliance retailer as well as a leader in tools, lawn and garden, home electronics and automotive repair and maintenance. Sears Holdings is the 2010 ENERGY STAR® Retail Partner of the Year. Key proprietary brands include Kenmore, Craftsman and DieHard, and a broad apparel offering, including such well-known labels as Lands’ End, Jaclyn Smith and Joe Boxer, as well as the Apostrophe and Covington brands. It also has the Country Living collection, which is offered by Sears and Kmart. Sears Holdings Corporation is the nation’s largest provider of home services, with more than 12 million service calls made annually. In his position, Mr. Kasbe leads the company’s information technology initiatives.

Prior to this, Mr. Kasbe served as chief information officer at Reliance Retail Ltd. (RRL), a subsidiary of Reliance Industries Ltd. Before joining RRL, he spent more than ten years at IBM Corporation in various global positions.

Mr. Kasbe earned a Bachelor of Arts in theology from Moore College, a Bachelor of Science in computer science from the Indian Institute of Technology Madras, and a Master of Business Administration from The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.

Dr. John E. Kelly III Senior Vice President and Director, Research IBM Corporation

John Kelly is Senior Vice President and Director of IBM Research. In this position, he directs the worldwide operations of Research, with approximately 3,000 technical professionals at eight laboratories in six countries, and helps guide IBM’s overall technical strategy.

He also leads IBM’s worldwide intellectual property business.

Before beginning his current assignment in July 2007, Dr. Kelly was senior vice president of Technology and Intellectual Property, responsible for IBM’s technical and innovation strategies. Prior to that, he was group executive for IBM’s Technology Group, where he was responsible for developing, manufacturing and marketing microelectronics technologies, products and services.

Dr. Kelly joined IBM in 1980. Between 1980 and 1990, he held numerous management and technical positions related to the development and manufacturing of advanced semiconductor technologies. He was named director of the Semiconductor Research and Development Center in 1990. He later became vice president of Business Process Reengineering for the Microelectronics Division; vice president of Systems,Technology and Science for Research; and vice president of Strategy, Technology and Operations for the Microelectronics Division. Dr. Kelly was also vice president of Server Development and general manager of the Microelectronics Division.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in physics from Union College, and a Master of Science in physics and a doctorate in materials engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. In 2004, Dr. Kelly received an honorary doctorate in science from The Graduate College of Union University.

Frank Kern Senior Vice President, Global Business Services IBM Corporation

Frank Kern is Senior Vice President for IBM Global Business Services, which encompasses IBM’s consulting, systems integration and applications businesses, and a global workforce of more than 100,000 professionals supporting clients in all major industries.

Mr. Kern was named to this position in January 2009 after leading IBM’s Global Sales and Distribution organization, where he was responsible for revenue, profit and client satisfaction in the 170 countries in which IBM does business.

Prior to that, Mr. Kern led IBM’s operations in Asia Pacific.

His 30-year career with IBM has spanned numerous international management roles, including the development of IBM’s services business in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Mr. Kern held the position of chief executive officer of IBM Global Services Australia Limited, a joint venture with Lend Lease and Telstra, from 1995 through 1997. From 1992 through 1995, he was vice president of Systems Solutions and Industries, in Integrated Systems Solutions Corporation, an IBM services subsidiary.

Mr. Kern holds a Bachelor of Arts from Bucknell University and a Master of Business Administration from Syracuse University.

Dr. Christoph Klingenberg Senior Vice President, Information Management and Chief Information Officer, Lufthansa Passenger Airlines Deutsche Lufthansa AG

Christoph Klingenberg is Senior Vice President of Information Management and Chief Information Officer for Lufthansa Passenger Airlines. He assumed this role in April 2009 and is responsible for the planning, development, implementation and operational steering of information technology systems.

Dr. Klingenberg has held various leadership positions since joining Lufthansa in 1996. Before his current post, he was senior vice president of Direct Services, responsible for the planning and operation of all Lufthansa domestic and European direct flights not routed through the Frankfurt and Munich hubs. Prior to that, he was senior vice president and group general representative in charge of improving the profitability of Lufthansa’s European traffic operations. In 2001, Dr. Klingenberg was appointed executive vice president and general representative group infrastructure, responsible for airport expansion and the resolution of European air traffic control issues. Before that, he managed the “Operational Excellence” project, which improved Lufthansa’s punctuality rating by ten percentage points within a year. From 1997 to 1999, he was senior vice president corporate strategy, responsible for initiating new cooperation accords with Lufthansa partners, and for the ongoing development of the Star Alliance and Lufthansa’s evolution into an aviation group.

Dr. Klingenberg began his career as a consultant at McKinsey & Company in Düsseldorf.

He studied mathematics at the University of Hamburg, Princeton University and the University of Bonn, and was also a visiting professor at Harvard University.

Jean-Marc Lagoutte Chief Information Officer and General Manager Danone

Jean-Marc Lagoutte has been the Chief Information Officer and General Manager for Danone for seven years. In this role, he is responsible for the worldwide implementation of IT, including the company’s SAP global implementation program.

Prior to working at Danone, he worked for 13 years at Henkel in Paris and Düsseldorf. His position upon leaving the company to join Danone was vice president.

Eva Listi Chief Information Officer and Vice President, Group Process & IT Ericsson AB

Eva Listi is Chief Information Officer at Ericsson AB, a role she assumed in June 2009. In this position she is responsible for leading the Group Process & IT organization, driving Ericsson’s business productivity through effective processes supported by sustainable information and communication technology.

Ms. Listi joined Ericsson in 2006 as vice president of IT strategy, Enterprise Architecture and Program Management. Prior to Ericsson she worked for more than 20 years primarily in the pharmaceutical and telecommunications industries, focusing on IT strategy, IT architecture, program management, global competence, delivering programs and projects, service implementation, and operation of infrastructure and application services.

Ms. Listi attended Stockholm University.

Dave Lubowe Vice President and Partner, Global Operations Strategy, Global Business Services IBM Corporation

Dave Lubowe is the global leader of Operations Strategy for IBM’s Global Business Services. He also leads IBM’s Green Sigma™ offering. Mr. Lubowe has more than 25 years of industry and consulting experience, primarily in operations management and improvement.

Mr. Lubowe began his career at Procter & Gamble (P&G) and had roles of increasing responsibility in manufacturing management, finance and project management. Following P&G, he managed operations for an electronics startup and then joined Price Waterhouse Consulting.

He has focused on improving operational performance and business processes for clients including Applied Materials, FranklinCovey, Union Pacific Railroad, Advanced Micro Devices, and Panasonic Corporation.

Mr. Lubowe graduated from Princeton University with a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering, and holds five United States patents.

Bruce MacLaren Divisional Executive,Technology Group Nedbank Group

Bruce MacLaren has been Technology Group Divisional Executive for Nedbank Group since 2008. He is responsible for Communications, Group Technology Strategy, Vendor Management, Business Improvement, Business Intelligence, and Payments and Procurement for the CIO office. Prior to this he was divisional director of IT Business Solutions, managing the bank’s IT relationship with its Corporate and Capital businesses. Mr. MacLaren joined the Nedbank Group in 2001 as general manager of Customer Relations and Account Management for the Technology and Operations division.

A veteran of the IT industry in South Africa, Mr. MacLaren has held board positions in sales and management at OmniLink (a VPN consortium owned by Dimension Data, Old Mutual and Nedbank), Smarthold and Computer Configurations Holdings. He began his IT career at IBM South Africa where he spent 22 years in various technical, sales and management positions.

Peter O’Shea Chief Information Officer ESB

Peter O’Shea was appointed Chief Information Officer at ESB in 2006. In this role he was involved in the development of the company’s strategy to commit to carbon neutrality by the year 2035, with the potential to significantly change how electricity is generated, transported and consumed in Ireland.

Mr. O’Shea was previously the financial controller of ESB’s power generation business, and before that was the manager of Competition and Regulation, overseeing the development of competitive wholesale and retail electricity markets across Ireland. Prior to 1999, Mr. O’Shea held various positions with National Grid in the United Kingdom.

Mr. O’Shea holds a Bachelor of Science with honors in electronic engineering from University College Dublin and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Warwick.

Samuel J. Palmisano Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer IBM Corporation

Sam Palmisano is Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of the IBM Corporation. Mr. Palmisano was appointed to Chief Executive Officer in March 2002 and Chairman in January 2003. Previously, he served as president and chief operating officer.

He began his career in 1973 in Baltimore, Maryland. Since then, Mr. Palmisano has held a series of leadership positions at IBM, including senior vice president for the Enterprise Systems and Personal Systems groups. Mr. Palmisano also played a key role in creating and leading IBM’s Global Services, rising to senior vice president, and building the largest and most diversified information technology services organization in the industry. He also served as senior managing director of operations for IBM Japan.

Mr. Palmisano is a graduate of The Johns Hopkins University. In recognition of his leadership role as co-chair of the Council on Competitiveness’ National Innovation Initiative, as well as his many business accomplishments, Mr. Palmisano was awarded an honorary degree of Doctor of Humane Letters from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in September 2005. In July 2006, he was awarded an honorary fellowship from London Business School.

Haider Rashid Chief Information Officer ABB Group

Haider Rashid is Chief Information Officer and Head of Real Estate for ABB Group. He joined ABB as group chief information officer in 2003 and has been responsible for consolidating the company’s information systems activities and application environment.

Prior to this, Mr. Rashid was chief information officer at Aventis S.A., an organization created from the merger of Hoechst AG and Rhone-Poulenc S.A. Following the merger, he led the integration project. His previous roles at Hoechst AG include head of the company’s agricultural business in Pakistan and head of the controlling function for the Corporate Center.

Mr. Rashid began his career in a number of sales and marketing functions for ICI Pakistan Limited.

He earned a Bachelor of Arts with honors in accounting and finance from Lancaster University.

Dr. Stefan Ried Senior Analyst Forrester Research, Inc.

Stefan Ried is a Senior Analyst at Forrester Research, Inc. In this role he serves technology industry strategists in predicting and quantifying industry disruptions. Dr. Ried has deep expertise in middleware technologies, and advises on shifts in the IT industry caused by the ongoing movement to business process platforms and new-generation middleware developed to address the challenges presented by cloud computing.

Before joining Forrester, Dr. Ried headed product management for integration technology (now webMethods) at Software AG. Prior to that, he led the product management division for SAP’s NetWeaver. Dr. Ried also held a senior management role in the information technology services spinoff at Deutsche Post, where he was responsible for the company’s portfolio and led a system architecture division to address consulting challenges across Deutsche Post and DHL. Previously, he held positions at Intershop and a startup company in the customer relationship management space.

Dr. Ried holds a Bachelor of Science in physics from the University of Stuttgart and a doctorate in physics from Max Planck Institute.

Virginia (Ginni) M. Rometty Senior Vice President, Global Sales and Distribution IBM Corporation

Ginni Rometty is Senior Vice President for IBM’s Global Sales and Distribution organization, responsible for revenue, profit and client satisfaction in the 170 global markets in which IBM does business. In this role, Ms. Rometty is responsible for IBM’s worldwide results, which exceeded $95 billion in 2009.

Previously, Ms. Rometty was the senior vice president of IBM Global Business Services. During her tenure, she led the successful integration of PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting, building a global team of more than 100,000 business consultants and service experts.

Ms. Rometty held other positions in IBM’s services business including general manager of IBM Global Services for the Americas, where she was responsible for strategic leadership, operations and client relationships. Ms. Rometty also served as the general manager of strategy, marketing and sales operations for IBM Global Services worldwide.

Before joining IBM’s services business, Ms. Rometty was general manager of IBM’s Global Insurance and Financial Services Sector. Linda S. Sanford Senior Vice President, Enterprise Transformation IBM Corporation

As Senior Vice President for Enterprise Transformation, Linda Sanford leads the strategy for IBM in becoming the premier globally integrated enterprise. In this role, she is responsible for transforming the company’s core business processes, creating an information technology infrastructure to support and integrate processes globally, and helping to form a culture that fosters innovation.

Previously, Ms. Sanford held a number of senior leadership positions at IBM, including heading Storage Systems Group, Global Industries and the Mainframe division.

She also co-authored the book, Let Go To Grow: Escaping the Commodity Trap, which describes how successful companies are pursuing strategies to drive long-term growth and innovation.

A graduate of St. John’s University, Ms. Sanford earned a Master of Science in operations research from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and was awarded an honorary doctorate in commercial science from St. John’s University.

Jeff Schick Vice President, Social Software IBM Corporation

Jeff Schick is Vice President of Social Software for IBM, with overall responsibility for the company’s initiatives in this area including development, marketing, sales and services.

Prior to this, Mr. Schick led IBM’s Worldwide Content Management sales force. He has contributed to the design of some of the largest content collections worldwide, including UBS, The Depository Trust and Clearing Corporation, New York Stock Exchange, National Football League, National Basketball Association, SIRIUS Satellite Radio and Viacom.

Since joining IBM in 1988 Mr. Schick has held a variety of roles in development and in the field, and helped to drive IBM’s e-business initiative and first large WebSphere deployments, which included the design of Paine Webber’s retail solutions. Additionally, he led IBM’s development of NYSE.com for the New York Stock Exchange.

James Taylor Chief Executive Officer and Principal Consultant Decision Management Solutions

James Taylor is Chief Executive Officer and Principal Consultant at Decision Management Solutions, and is a leading expert in decision management and decisioning technologies. He is a proponent of using technology, such as business rules and predictive analytics, to improve decision making and develop smarter systems.

Mr. Taylor is also a speaker, blogger and author. He was lead author of the book Smart (Enough) Systems, and has contributed to books on business rules and business intelligence. Mr. Taylor was previously a vice president at FICO and has more than 20 years of experience in developing software and solutions for clients.

Pat Toole Vice President and Chief Information Officer IBM Corporation

Pat Toole is Vice President and Chief Information Officer for IBM Corporation. He is responsible for advancing the company’s transformation agenda and aligning information technology investments to the business strategy.

Prior to that, Mr. Toole was general manager of Intellectual Property at IBM, overseeing the direction of the company’s intellectual property portfolio and global patent program.

Mr. Toole joined IBM in 1984 and has held a variety of executive and management positions across the company, including vice president of Enterprise On Demand Transformation and Information Technology, responsible for initiatives that lead to top-line revenue growth; general manager of Engineering and Technology Services, where he launched the division; and senior site executive in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Jeremy Vincent Chief Information Officer Jaguar Land Rover

Jeremy Vincent is Chief Information Officer for Jaguar Land Rover, a position he has held since August 2008.

Prior to that, Mr. Vincent worked with the Birds Eye Igloo Group during the separation from its parent company, Unilever. This experience and his knowledge of best-practice information technology management systems benefit Jaguar Land Rover as it faces transition issues after transfer of the company’s ownership from Ford Motor Company to Tata Motors Ltd.

Mr. Vincent has spent more than 20 years as a senior strategic business technology professional working for major international Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 corporations, delivering mission critical, large scale technology-enabled business transformation programs.

Peter Williamson Professor of International Management, Judge Business School University of Cambridge

Peter Williamson is Professor of International Management at Judge Business School at the University of Cambridge, and a Fellow of Jesus College, Cambridge.

Professor Williamson conducts research and consults on global strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and business ecosystem innovation. He also serves as non-executive director of several companies spanning the information technology and green energy industries. He has held professorships at London Business School, Harvard Business School and at INSEAD in Singapore, and was formerly with The Boston Consulting Group.

Professor Williamson co-authored the book, Dragons at Your Door: How Chinese Cost Innovation is Disrupting Global Competition. He is the author of several other books and articles.

Professor Williamson holds a doctorate in business economics from Harvard University.

Yusheng Wu Chief Information Officer State Grid Corporation of China

Mr. Wu is Chief Information Officer for the State Grid Corporation of China (SGCC), a position he has held since 2007. In this role, he leads the SG186 Project, the core information technology initiative of SGCC’s 11th Five-Year Plan.

Mr. Wu was previously president of the China Electric Power Research Institute and vice chief engineer and director general of the Department of Technology for SGCC, where he led the development of the CC-2000 energy management system for power grid automation.

Mr. Wu holds a Master of Science from China Electric Power Research Institute.

Juan A. Zufiria Zatarain General Manager, Spain, Portugal, Greece and Israel IBM Corporation

Juan Zufiria is General Manager of Spain, Portugal, Greece and Israel for IBM Corporation, a role he has held since January 2009.

Previously, Mr. Zufiria was general manager of Business Lines, Global Technology Services, for IBM Southwest Europe and before that he headed IBM’s services business in Spain, Portugal, Greece, Turkey and Israel. Mr. Zufiria has also held positions with local and international responsibilities including manager of AIX Products in Spain and vice president of Business Processes, Technology and Controls for IBM Global Services Europe Middle East and Africa. He joined IBM in 1987 as a researcher at the Thomas J. Watson Research Center.

Mr. Zufiria holds a Master of Business Administration from the London School of Economics, a doctorate in aeronautical engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid, and a doctorate in applied mathematics from the California Institute of Technology.
