Purpose: An outline of the text helps the viewer see how text appears on a page. Each block of text can have a different feeling. Some text has lines that go back and forth while others are justified to be in a square. Color is another element that makes text stand out.

Reconstruction of LettersAssignment 3
Purpose: San Serif font is different than a Serif font. This project helped to distinguish between different font styles. Even San Serif fonts are different from each other, and each can be used for a different feeling. Finding examples of how these were used help to understand why each was used.
Solution: Text Recreated on InDesign Text in from magazines and everyday objects

What Makes a LetterAssignment 5
Purpose: Created on InDesign, this project was to recognize the repeating shapes that are in the alphabet. This project helped assignment 7, to design a new letter that fits into the alphabet.
Solution: Each letter is color-coded with the shapes that make it up.
