parkour

Parkour is a science or philosophy which is to move from one point to another as smoothly as possible, using principally the abilities of the human body. This means overcoming obstacles encountered along the way, such as fences, walls, etc. (In urban environments) and even trees, rock formations, rivers, etc. (In rural). This discipline can be practiced in both rural and urban areas. Parkour practitioners are referred to as traceurs (traceuses in the case of women).

Equipped

The particularity of this discipline lies in its simplicity, you only need a comfortable athletic shoes, preferably have a good grip and cushioning. This is especially important given the large number of hits you get all the body during landing of the jumps. As for the clothes do not require anything specific, just to be comfortable clothes that allow greater mobility for every move unhindered.

Movements The proper motions of

parkour are known for their effectiveness and fluency. There's no use jumping a fence to climb the legs as much as you can, must be to pass as quickly as possible.

Desplaces Fundamental movement

which tries to overcome the obstacle of the fastest and smoothest possible supporting one hand, this movement serves as a liaison of the race when there is a fence or similar item in the path and without losing your speed.

Jumps Jump precision: This is a leap of

"precision" without a run, which will be a reception to accurate information in a fence, wall or curb narrow. The jump can be made "a foot" or "both feet", which means that we will start the jump with one or both feet ending with two (known colloquially as "precision" or accuracy).

Bloating: A precision jump to the point of reception is different at the exit point.

Jump arm is a leap to cling to a wall or fence, or anywhere where you can not get no arms…..
