You must sign a validaon log with supervisors name and contact informaon and also present your city of Phoenix badge. Eligibility: You must be a COP employee and your normal daily work locaon must be off-site at a non-downtown facility. If you are driving a COP fleet vehicle, there is no need for office validaon. If you have not registered, or cannot remember your login informaon, please contact the Enterprise Helpdesk at 602-534-4357. City of Phoenix (COP) will give 100% validation for 305 Garage if your normal work location is off site and you need to conduct city business in the downtown corridor.

Where to Go:

Ace Parking Office, 305 W. Washington St., Suite 102 next to Crazy Jim's.

You must sign a validation log with supervisors name and contact information and also present your city of Phoenix badge.

Special Election: Aug. 27

The City of Phoenix is holding a Special Election on August 27, 2019, to vote on two ballot measures. The first measure is a proposed Charter Amendment related to Light Rail. A second

measure is a proposed Charter Amendment related to City Pensions. Important dates to know: • July 31 – Aug 23: In-person early voting is available 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. on the 15th floor of Phoenix City Hall.

• July 31: Ballots for Voters on the Permanent

Early Voting List will be mailed. • Aug 16: Last day to request an early ballot by mail. Aug 24, 26 & 27: In-person voting at voting

centers. ID is required. Voting devices that allow voters with disabilities to vote independently will be available at early voting and voting center locations. For more information, to request a ballot by mail and to track early ballot status, use the city’s elections webpage, call 602-261-VOTE (8683) or use the 7-1-1 Relay System.
