Introduction Park – A – Lot is an online vehicle parking booking service. People can book their parking spots anywhere in the city

through our online portal Park – A – Lot.co.in The record of the bookings will be forwarded to the ground

people present in the parking area for better coordination on the booked and un-booked parking lots.

Example If a person wants to go to MG road in Pune then he needs to follow the

following steps:-

1. Visit our site Park-A-Lot.co.in and choose your city. (i.e Pune)

2. In the second step one needs to choose the area of visit.(i.e MG road)

3. In the third step the person needs to choose the parking spot. Each parking spot will be numbered.

4. In the fourth step the person needs to confirm the booking and make the payment for the same.

5. After the booking is confirmed by the customer, he will receive a booking number on his/her mobile number.

Target Cities In the initial 2 years we will be targeting only Pune city. If we achieve success in pune city within 2 years then we

will expand to the following cities in next 5 years in their given order:-

1. Mumbai

2. Delhi

3. Bangalore

4. Kolkata

5. Chennai

Target Areas The following areas will be targeted within pune city:-

1. All the malls in Pune city

2. Movie halls in Pune city

3. Shopping destinations like MG road, FC road, Laxmi road, etc.

Identification Of the Parking The layout of the parking in each area will be present in our

online portal. Each parking space will be numbered with respect to its

location. In case of a mall or a multi storied parking the parking

layout will consist of the floor wise layout of the parking lot.

Payment system The customer will have the option of online payment

through debit and credit card or through cash on arrival (COA).

For each parking booked through Park-A-Lot the customer will have to pay Rs 3 over the base rate in case of two wheelers and Rs 5 over the base rate in case of Four wheelers.
