Tax Back Scheme Under the Charities Act, parishes can claim back tax for

people who have contributed over €250 to the parish in

a year. In the coming weeks, people who have

contributed over €250 will receive tax back forms by

post. If you are interested in allowing the parish to avail

of this scheme (at no cost to yourself) we ask you to

please return signed forms to the Parish Office in the

stamped addressed envelope included with the letter. A

Launch of WMoF2018 in the Killaloe Diocese

The World Meeting of Families 2018 is being formally launched in Ennis this weekend. We will begin our

preparations for it in our parishes when we launch it next weekend, 7th/8th October. People can follow the

online programme throughout the coming year, which will include studio discussions, digital animations & other

Mission Month of October 2017 Today marks the first day of the Mission Month of

October. World Missions Ireland is the Holy Father’s official charity for overseas mission & is responsible for

coordinating Mission Sunday in Ireland. A calendar of events has been put in place by WMI -details at www.wmi.ie It is also traditionally the Month of the Rosary – a decade a

day might help to re-form habits of reciting the rosary… --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Enrolment for First Holy Communion 2018 Enrolment for First Holy Communion 2018 will take

place at Mass next Saturday, 7th October, at 6.30pm. The Do This In Memory Programme is a parish-based programme which compliments school-based work. It

revolves around the children & their families’ attendance at a number of special monthly Masses. The dates for these

special Masses are on Saturdays at 6.30pm as follows: October 7th: Enrolment Mass

October 28th, November 25th , December 16th , January 20th February 10th, March 10th, March 24th, April 14th
