Whilst in Paris we have the opportunity to visit the world renowned Disney Theme parks.

We will have access over the two days to both Magic Kingdom and Walt Disney studios via a two day park hopper ticket.

We will also be staying one evening to watch the famous firework display in front of the castle.

Disney Performing Arts workshop

Whilst in Disney we have the fantastic opportunity to take part in a musical theatre themed workshop, ran by Disney professionals.

Here, emphasis is placed on key points, including performance techniques, professionalism and team work, while not forgetting a sprinkling of Disney Magic! - all aimed at reinforcing the skills required for great performances!

• Vocal and physical warm up

• Workshop focussing on ‘Performing’ the song ‘Something that I want’ from the film Tangled.

• We will perform at the end of the workshop

• There is a chance for question and answers session at the end of the workshop this will take place with industry insiders and professionals.

Important information :• Wear suitable loose fitting clothing that you can move in and are not too hot in.• Sensible footwear which is comfortable and safe.• Bring a bottle of water with you• We are working in a professional theatre space where shows will be taking place later that day

so there is no photography or pictures inside the space.• You need to be familiar with the song, preferably learn it .

DisneyLand

Disney Village Disney Village is a shopping, dining and entertainment complex in Disneyland Paris.

Whilst we are In Paris we will be eating in the restaurants that are housed within Disney Village.

Because of tight time constraints and the size of the group (34) we will be eating at the more informal burger bar and Vapiano Disney Village which serves well priced fresh Italian food.

Important information :• We suggest that you will need a minimum of 20 Euro a day for food

and drink.• Breakfast is included with our stay in the hotel.• There is a shopping centre with supermarket across the street from

the hotel where drinks and snacks can be purchased to take into the parks.

Sightseeing Tour of Paris

On our final day we will be boarding the coach and taking a sightseeing tour around central Paris.

We will be visiting some of Paris's main attractions including the Arc de Triomphe, Eiffel Tower, Champs Elysées and Notre Dame.

03:00 TBC Meet coach and load luggage.

coach. If the coach driver does assist you with this, we recommend you still observe the unloading of luggage from the coach and safe transportation of each bag into the hotel on arrival. Please follow the same procedure when loading bags for the return journey.

We would suggest that the group take provisions from home for the journey and suitable stops

In order to minimise your time at the Borders Control, please hand out students passports to the individuals whilst they are on-board the coach, before arriving at the Eurotunnel terminal. This will allow each student to proceed through the immigration checks individually, therefore minimising the risk of missing the scheduled departure time.

06:50 Arrive at Folkestone Eurotunnel Terminal. Please arrive at least 1 hour before departure.

07:50 Depart Folkestone with Eurotunnel for Calais.

09:25 Arrive in Calais and continue with your journey to Paris. Please adjust your watches accordingly.

18:50 Arrive at Calais and proceed to the Eurotunnel Terminal. Please arrive at least 1 hour before your crossing.

19:50 Depart Calais with Eurotunnel for Folkestone

19:25 Arrive in Folkestone. Please adjust your watches accordingly.

10.00 pm Approx. Arrive at The Highcrest Academy and make your own way home.

• Weather is similar to the UK = COLD ( keep checking weather but please pack suitable, sensible clothing. Warm comfy clothing and waterproofs.)

• We are going to be on our feet a lot make sure you have sensible comfortable shoes.

• Download the Disney Paris app it will be majorly beneficial to you once you are in the park.

• You MUST explore the parks in a minimum of 2 people, if for any reason you become separated, you MUST ring the emergency phone straight away and meet at the meeting point which will be discussed nearer the time.

• You may bring a suitcase with you to travel with but realistically a cabin bag or holdall should be suffice to pack all your belongings.

• Whatever you bring with you is your responsibility.

• We will be on the coach for approximately 8.30 hours please make sure you have food/drinks with you.

• There is a toilet on the coach but again please make sure you are keeping the coach clean and tidy.

• If you have any medication please make sure you have it with you.

• DO NOT FORGET YOUR PASSPORT ( I will be collecting them in but you will not be allowed to leave the country without one).
