• Paris is about a ten hour flight from Calgary AB Canada.
• Paris is also located in France and is exactly a 25 minuet drive from Saint Denis France.
The Eiffel Tower is one of the worlds most well know land marks and is located in the heart of Paris France. The Eiffel tower was constructed in 1889 as the entrance arch for the Exposition
Universelle , a World's Fair marking the centennial celebration of the French Revolution.
Hundreds of worker joined together 18,038 pieces of puddle iron and 2 ½ million
rivets! Many called it an eye sore but some where along the line it became one of those
things people just couldn’t bare to loos.
The Arc de Triomphe is the world's largest triumphal arch and forms the backdrop for a very impressive urban ensemble in Paris. The structure was designed by Jean François Thérèse Chalgrin and was completed in 1833 and inaugurated later in 1836 by the French king, Louis-Philippe.
And on top of all that Paris is full of culture! From food ,to the language,
to its history.
