Week 2 Term 4 2017 Welcome back to what I’m sure will be a jam packed term of learning and reflecon that will be ending before we know it. Please make sure you check dates in the newsleer and on the website to events happening over the term. Rotary of Windsor Youth Foundaon Trust Last Wednesday night, Mrs Clark, Mr Morabito and myself aended the Youth Foundaon Trust dinner at Windsor Golf Club. This trust has been supporng young people for 22 years and Melanie, Brooke, Paige, Chad, Rylan and James were all very worthy recipients on the night to support their educaon. Thank you so much to the Rotarians for this outstanding iniave to support young people in our schools. Parking Rangers The Parking rangers have been around already this term. For the safety of our students, please make sure you are dropping off and parking in the correct places and following the road rules. Hawkesbury Dance Fesval Last night our Junior and Senior Dance Groups performed at Windsor Funcon Centre. Again another fabulous and dynamic performance. Thanks once again to Miss Holroyd, Miss Gelevski and Mrs Holroyd for helping on the night and to everyone behind the scenes. Thank you to Mrs Brion for doing a wonderful job of mowing our entrance last week in the absence of a General Assistant. It was very much appreciated. Can you please let the front office know if you are not returning to Hobartville in 2018 or if you know of someone who will be coming to our school? We are trying to plan efficiently for the start of the new school year. Happy Term 4!

Rotary of Windsor Youth Foundation Trust

Last Wednesday night, Mrs Clark, Mr

Morabito and myself attended the Youth

Foundation Trust dinner at Windsor Golf Club.

This trust has been supporting young people

for 22 years and Melanie, Brooke, Paige,

Chad, Rylan and James were all very worthy

recipients on the night to support their

education. Thank you so much to the

Rotarians for this outstanding initiative to

support young people in our schools.

P & C News… Walk-A-Thon

Don't forget to return your Walk-A-Thon money by Friday 20th October 2017.

Week 1 daily prize winners are: Troy S2K, Finlay S12B, Mitchell S2D, Hannah KT and Aurelle KT.

We still have another week of our daily prize draw with our major prizes being announced on Monday 23rd October.

The major prize is an iDance Cube Bluetooth Party Speaker which will be awarded to the student who has raised the most money for each grade and the Support Unit as a group (8 prizes in total).

Thank you to all those people who have returned money so far and keep it coming in.

Clothing Pool

The Clothing Pool is open every Monday afternoon from 2:45pm to 3:15pm and also every second Wednesday morning from 8:45am to 9:15am.

We will be holding a clothing pool morning in the school hall on Friday 27th October from 8:30am to 9am 2017.

Breakfast Program

The breakfast program will be only on Tuesdays and Thursdays from next week. Come along and grab a nutritious start to the day.
