Team Referral
● Students are responsible for completing assignments and re-assessments with teachers.
● If absent, students are responsible for finding out what they missed before the next class
Restorative ConferencesRestorative Conferences helps students who have violated the rights of another person (known as the referred student) understand the harm caused by his/her actions and find ways to be accountable. Instead of suspension or detention, the Conference members discuss with the referred student the impact of his/her actions and help the student develop agreements that will:
build relationships provide solutions
repair the harm

1:1 Chromebooks● $50 to school fees allows your student to use the
computer for the year. DOES NOT COVER damage/loss.
○ Form with the “Decline” option checked required in
order to remove the fee from the student’s account
● Avoid liquids around the computer at home
● Report damage/loss immediately to Mr. Catlett in the library
● GoGuardian- technology management system that will be utilized by teachers while students are using devices in the classroom

How Can You Come See Mr. Alaves?
● Office is in the Counseling Suite on the first floor, second door after the main office. My office is the first you see when you enter!
● Come get a Counselor Pass from him before school, during passing period, or after school to see him during your lunch period!
● If you really need to see him, you can get a Counselor Pass from your teacher.
● Come see him at least once this year!
Grades & Earning High School credit
Academic Center (AC) students must earn a semester grade of C or higher for high school credit to be awarded.
Algebra Credit: In addition to a C or higher in both semesters, 7th and 8th graders must also pass the Algebra Exit Exam in order to receive Algebra credit and move on to Geometry. (CPS requirement)
AC Students will be required to retake any high school credit courses they did not pass with a C or higher in both semesters.

Homecoming 2019!Homecoming Game & Dance will be on Saturday, October 19th.
● The Game will be on Saturday at 12pm at Lindblom Park. Please come out and support our Eagles!● The AC Dance will take place Saturday night from 7:00 pm - 9:50 pm in the Ballroom.
○ Students interested in bringing a non-Lindblom student as a date or guest, must complete a Dance Guest form which is located in the main office
Tickets: ● $12 per Ticket, two for $20: ● Tickets will not be sold at the door. ● To be eligible to purchase tickets student must:
