INTRODUCTIONThank you for ordering the new PARCO, Inc. catalog. The PARCO catalog has been enhanced to include new profiles, accessories, brackets and many other parts designed to complete your project. If your project calls for a custom extrusion, we can provide it for you too!

The concept behind the t-slotted aluminum extrusion is to make assembly of structures faster and easier than using welded steel. That’s because the main component of the system is the t-slot design: insert a t-nut and fastener into a t-slot and tighten. It’s that simple. No welding or grinding required. All you need to tighten your PARCO design is a few simple hand tools.

When you are done, you have a durable, strong, lightweight structure that’s functional and attractive. The high-strength extruded aluminum profiles have a clear anodize surface that is scratch and corrosion resistant. Your structure never needs painting and is maintenance free.

PRODUCT WARRANTYAll PARCO, Inc. products are guaranteed to be free of actual defect in material and workmanship for (1) full year from the date product was shipped from the factory. This warranty is limited to replacing or repairing, at Parco’s option, F.O.B. Parco, Inc, any part which, upon Parco inspection, is found to have a defect in material and/or workmanship. Parco in no event shall be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising out of the use of Parco products. Components purchased by Parco for inclusion by Parco shall be warranted only to the extent set out above and/or to the guarantee or warranty, if any, made by the supplier of said component.

No warranty is made by Parco, Inc., express or implied, that Parco products as used in a customer’s design and specifications are fit for that customer’s specific purpose. Apart from the above express warranty, there are no warranties, express, implied or statutory, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, which extend beyond the description on the face hereof.

Our stairs use GRIP STRUT stair treads with diamond shaped openings. Serrated teeth provide a strong, slip resistant surface that grips in all directions. The T-slotted extrusion keeps our stair systems strong and light for easier mobility.

Parco’s perimeter guarding is quick and easy to purchase and assemble. Using T-slotted aluminum provides all the flexibility the industry needs, and meets OSHA and ANSI requirements.

Our perimeter guarding is built with T-slotted aluminum, ¼” clear polycarbonate, or 12 gauge PVC-coated carbon steel with 1x1” square in black or yellow. We use a deluxe floor mount base plate on all verticals for the strongest possible guard. They are also slotted for lateral adjustment without lagging to the floor. Door units have deadbolt locks with plastic handles and aluminum hinges. All units are attached with our anchor fasteners for a quick and clean installation.

ALUMINUM ALLOYAn aluminum extrusion alloy is a predetermined mixture of one or more elements together with aluminum to be heated and hydraulically pressed through an extrusion die. Some common elements alloyed with aluminum include copper, magnesium, manganese, chromium, silicon, iron, nickel and zinc.

PARCO extrusions use the 6063 alloy. In addition to aluminum, the major alloying elements for this alloy include: Mg .45-.9% and Si .20-.6%.

ANODIZINGAnodizing is an electrochemical process that thickens and toughens the naturally occurring protective oxide. The resulting finish makes a corrosion resistant extrusion. PARCO extrusions have an etch anodize finish that is .15-.25 mil. thick.

The adjustment of Dyna-Lift to various heights is as simple as turning a crank handle for manual installations and pressing a button for electric ones.
