1. This perm it is valid for two years from the date of issuance and cannot be extended. If the proposed construction activity takes longer than two years, you will be required to obtain a new permit. You may wish to revise this

measures prior to a preco.nstruction meeting with a sediment control inspector. 3. Appropriate sediment control details and installation procedures will be

provided by the sediment control inspector. 4. Erosion and sediment control measures, such as silt fences, sediment traps,

and stabilized construction entrances, are to be installed prior to all other land disturbance.

5. All erosion and sediment control measures will be installed and maintained in effective operating condition at the direction of the sediment control inspector.

6 . E r o s i o n a n d s e d i m e n t c o n t ro 1 m e as u re s re q u ire c o n tin u a 1 m a i n t e n a n c e . A n y measures that are dam aged must be restored prior to the end of each working day.

7. All disturbed areas must be tilled and topsoiled per Montgomery County specifications prior to final vegetative stabilization.

8. A 11 inactive disturbed areas and areas brought to final grade must be stabilized within 14 calendar days. Sediment control devices must be stabilized within 7 calendar days. Concentrated flow areas must be stabilized with staked sod or

a perm anent seed mix tu re and erosion control matting. 9. The area of land disturbance must transition into the existing grades to prevent

ponding of water. Provide a gradient of at least 5 % (6 inches within the first 10 feet) from all building foundations. All other grading will be sloped to

prevent standing water for more than 24 hours after a rainfall event. Drainage patterns to and from adjacent properties should be maintained.

10. All sediment deposited in a public right of way will be removed immediately. I I. When construction is complete and the area has been stabilized, schedule a

final sediment control inspection.
