Parabellum Firearms 1st Annual Gun Auction 12/16/2017

The auctioneer will determine the highest bidder. The auctioneeralone has the right to reopen the bidding of an item if deemednecessary due to a dispute. If there is a tie bid between the floor andInternet or absentee bid, the floor bid takes precedence. Title to allmerchandise shall pass to the highest bidder at the fall of theauctioneer’s hammer. THE BUYER ASSUMES ALL RISK ANDFULL RESPONSIBILITY OF LOTS PURCHASED ONCE THEHAMMER FALLS AND OWNERSHIP HAS CHANGED.

All purchases must be paid for on the day of the auction, beforebeing removed from the premises. A 10% buyer's premium is addedto all winning bids. Payment by CASH, VISA, MASTERCARD,DISCOVER or AMERICAN EXPRESS are the only forms ofpayment accepted unless prior arrangements have been made withthe Auctioneer. Checks will not be accepted. 7% sales tax added towinning bids.

Parabellum Firearms will handle all background checks and transferpaperwork for local buyers. There will be no transfer fee for localbuyers.

Internet purchases must be paid to Vaughn Auctions on Saturday,Decemeber 16 by credit card. Sucessful bidders can call (317)797-7653 after they have completed their purchases to provide creditcard information for payment. Once payment has been made, localbuyers that purchased online can stop by Parabellum to completepaperwork and pick up their purchases during normal businesshours. Anyone that needs to have a gun shipped, must contactParabellum Firearms, (317) 204-2184, to arrange shipment to aFederal Firearms License (FFL) dealer. All shipping charges andany fees charged by the FFL will be paid by the successful bidder.
