2) Does the article have a stated research question? Solution:- Yes , In the introduction (para.3) from line # 1 onward. long delay time handover
in standard Hierarchical Mobile IPv6 is the main problem to be solved by proposed method.
4) Is the article logically organized and easy to follow? Solution:-Yes, the total hierarchy is in step by step defined and making it simpler to Understand for reader however the overview for all sections has not mentioned .
5) Does the article contain a section that describes and integrates previous studies on the topic?
Solution:- Yes in introduction section(2 para 4 line ) the publisher clearly describes and integrates previous studies on to the topic.

Solution:-Yes, as the results are interpreted in the form of facts and figures plotted in graph as performance analysis for all protocol and TC-HMIPv6 is efficient management handover more than Standard MIPv6 and HMIPv6.
9) What are the weaknesses of the article? Solution:-The two dominant shortcomings that I have observed in the session are that,
1- Lack of references and most of papers which are consider for his reseach are more old than 5 years
2- Graph has not been described to analyze the performance and In the conclusion phase the publisher need to do some comparison in numerical approximation that how his method of solution of the problem is better than the others
Strength # Off course it’s a great approach of TC-HMIPv6 protocol to reduce the handover delay time .
