Applies to Office 365, Windows Intune, Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online and EMS products sold through (Enterprise Agreement) or CASA (Campus Agreement/School Agreement) only. Azure Digital POR is a separate customer portal and Microsoft process.

Customer• Proactive notification and
maintenance: Customer gets customized notifications on system status. The partner will be able to manage technical updates from Microsoft so the customer can focus on their core business.
• Rightsizing of licensing: With the knowledge of the customer's business, the partner can help figure out how best to utilize/maximize the organizations licenses to increase productivity.
• Customer logs into the Office Customer Portal or Intune Account Portal, selects a subscription, and clicks the “Add Partner of Record” link to see this pop-up (right)
• Customer can remove the POR at any time by deleting the MPN ID and clicking the check button
• Partner receives and email when a customer adds or removes them as POR.
• Bulk assignment, multiple POR function (deployment POR, transaction POR etc) to be added in future iterations

Result
Relecloud’s Digital POR attach overruled Litware’s OSA form attach, so Relecloud became Contoso’s POR for the E3 subscription. The subscription-level Digital POR attach overruled the service-level OSA attach. The E1 subscription is now available for any partner to attach as Digital POR, but cannot be “claimed” via the OSA form.

Relecloud’s Digital POR attach overruled Litware’s OSA form attach for the Intune service, so Relecloud became Contoso’s Intune POR. Litware does not continue to earn incentives for the Intune subscription, but does continue to earn for the O365 subscriptions.
