Pansit Canton Recipe

Pansit Canton Ingredients:
12 ounces pansit canton noodles1 chicken breast, cooked and shredded4 cups chicken broth (from boiled breast)1/2 pound pork, sliced in small pieces1/2 pound shrimps, shelled and deveined4 tablespoons cooking oil1/2 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons garlic, minced1/2 cup Chinese sausages, slicedcauliflower, cut to bit size2 cups snow peas (sitsaro)2 cups cabbage, sliced into strips1 cup celery, sliced1 carrot, diced1/4 cup scallions, diced4 tablespoons soy sauce1 tablespoon sesame oilSalt and pepper to taste
Pansit Canton Cooking Instructions:
In a big pan or wok, saut in oil the garlic andonions. Then add sliced pork until cooked.Add 2 cups of chicken broth and add the shreddedchicken, sliced Chinese sausages, shrimps, snowpeas, cabbage, celery and diced carrot. Simmer forabout 10 minutes or until cooked.Add the remaining 2 cups of chicken broth and thepansit canton noodles. Let simmer until noodles aresoft.Add the scallions, sesame oil then salt and pepperto taste.Serve hot.
