PANKAJ MALHOTRARedefining Outbound Trainings ....

Pankaj specializes in attitudinal change, leadership, conflict management, team building, outbound training, and time management while conducting several other customised modules for a variety of clients.

With 6 years of diverse corporate experience and a strong background in extra-curricular activities, Pankaj comes across with a simple logic of "what you see is what you get" and add Humour, dramatics, knowledge, magnanimous, intelligence, intensity - and a great deal of loyal thought in his training assignments. This is a natural state, as he is born under the sign of the Leo.

Pankaj started off his 'training' career as a 'guest' lecturer in Elite School of Modeling, Delhi and Mumbai. Subsequently, he was invited to develop, and constantly refine course curriculum for separate departments in this very Institute. He is still a guest lecturer, and visiting faculty for several colleges in and around Delhi. He has provided quality oriented managerial training assignments on Strategic Management for students of different colleges.

Corporate Experience…His corporate experience has been varied. He started his career as quality supervisor with BPO giant DAKSH-now known as IBM and going on to be manager quality before resigning. He then joined Cox and kings with Incentive channel as manager Business development; he was instrumental in getting more than 200 corporate clients associated with C&K in a short span of 7 months. At this juncture, he was transferred to C&K Staff Training in Corporate Sales- where he was instrumental in designing a new sales Policy. He was with C&K for a total of 10 months before resigning. After resigning from C&K, he then opened up his own Training and Corporate Service agency - The Organizers - and is successfully operating it for last 5 years with an average growth of 45% every year.

Training Methodology

Pankaj's training methodology is largely modeled on the bobby mcferrin's song "DON'T WORRY BE HAPPY". This methodology accepts there will be self-sustaining, and self-defeating beliefs each participant carries as mental baggage - as part and parcel of his attitude. Once he enters a zone of comfort with participants - with a large dose of humour - Pankaj introduces the methodology of scientific induction, and subtly questions the patterns of any belief. He then introduces several other 'open' lines of thought- creating a platform where participants are able to shed their limitations of thought, belief, and action. This allows participants to see a world of possibilities - and the creation of an attitude of unbiased reason. This frame of mind - unbiased (possible) reason - coupled with higher learning (or simply put, more knowledge) is the key to the completion of any self-fulfilling prophecy. With this end in mind, the concept, and achievement of goals is a reality - rather than just a pipe dream. Understandable and achievable empowerment on a personal basis takes place.

As mentioned before, pankaj specializes in attitudinal change training, leadership, team building, and outbound training, while conducting several other customised modules for a variety of clients.

Pankaj's interests are varied. A voracious traveler, (often exploring the offbeat destinations in India and abroad) he tries and discover both leisure and adventure locations. His carving for information makes him stick to CNBC, BBC, National Geographic, travel & living and Discovery channels. But playing Games on his play station is the most relaxing activity for him apart from watching tom and jerry. He firmly believes in the fact that a manager is only as good as the information he gets.
