Social emergency in the city: regardless the race, social class or

gender

The lack of opportunities for study and employment has become a part of young

people easy prey to recruitment by traffickers in Cali.

But this is not the only cause there are some who do not do it for money, just do

it for fun "and that life is a risk".

I think gangs in our city have been increased by the failure of not only material

resources but of people prepared to speak to a generation that lives in a

different way.

Both families and in the classroom, have a language that is not reaching youngpeople and unfortunately as the youth must be governed by something or

someone comes to these groups.
